The CRM Dashboards are great tools to get a better understanding of your whole Company's operations but to also dive into each of your Customer's spending habits, have them categorised with the RFM and review Customer trends. With the CRM presenting your data in centralised Dashboards, you can focus on using the data to make decisions.
Prerequisites
Only the Overview Dashboard and Pipeline Dashboard are available on Start-Up subscriptions
All Dashboards are available on Professional and Advanced CRM subscriptions

Overview Dashboard
The Overview Dashboard isn't role-specific; it gives all CRM users a top-level insight into key CRM data.
Across the Overview Dashboard, you'll see some key Reports displayed as tiles, e.g. Open Opportunities, Open Quotes, etc. These can be clicked on to open the full Report, and the tiles can be configured depending on the information you want to display.
You'll also see your all-important Tasks list, which displays all of your current, overdue and upcoming Tasks. These will be sorted by date and show the Company Type colour for the record alongside it.
Finally, the Recent Activity shows you CRM records you've recently been working on, enabling you to quickly and easily navigate back to them.

π Note: The default dashboard tiles cannot be customised directly, and their filters cannot be changed. To access more detailed data, you can use the 'Show More' feature on a tile to load a detailed report, where you can apply filters and edits to view additional information.

Sales Kanan Dashboard
Keep on top of all your Opportunities using the Sales Kanban Dashboard! Using our Kanban view, you can easily visualise where your Opportunities are in the pipeline. This makes it easy to help identify any pipeline statuses that have become a bottleneck. If you need to move multiple Opportunities into a new Status, you can simply drag and drop them into the required column.
Enquiry Kanban Dashboard
Make Enquiries easy to manage with our Enquiry Kanban Dashboard! This dashboard uses our Kanban reporting feature to help you track all your Enquiries. It's really simple to convert Enquiries to Opportunities by just dragging and dropping them into the Converted column too.
Magic Matrix Dashboard
Once you've enabled your Magic Matrix, check out the Magic Matrix Dashboard! This dashboard provides a clear and quick overview of your Magic Matrix data. This highlights a smaller selection of data for you to look over compared to the extensive full view Magic Matrix, plus any related Opportunities and Campaigns.

Personal Dashboard
Personal Dashboards are private and only visible to you, where you can configure and organise tiles to suit the way you work. You can add a wide range of tiles from Tasks Lists and Reports to KPI Groups and Quick Charts.

Custom Third-Party Dashboards
You can also choose to embed any third-party dashboard you like with a simple URL, which will then display in the Dashboard area. For example, if you've created a Power BI Report, you can display this in the CRM! For more details, see Custom/URL-based Dashboards.
π Note: CRM users who want to display a custom Dashboard using a third-party app like Power BI will need the correct license with the other app.
