Please note: We use Release Rings to systematically deliver new features in a way that minimises risk. This means that updates aren't rolled out to every user on the day they're shipped. Instead, they're gradually delivered to a small percentage of customers each day within specified Release Rings. Of course, if customers report issues with an update, we'll pause the rollout while we investigate. So, if you can't see the newest updates yet, don't worry - you'll receive them in the next few days or weeks.

🗺️ Enquiry Field Mapping

You can now specify what fields map to the destination record when converting an Enquiry. This configuration is available in the System Settings menu and will let you add or remove mappings, including those for custom fields.

🏭 Pipeline for Enquiries

We’ve added a new pipeline feature for Enquiries, with a fixed set of statuses that are tied to the key actions on the Enquiry - such as assigning it to someone or converting it to an Opportunity. Enquiries are also intentionally much simpler (and quicker to use, interact with and qualify or discard than Opportunities), so, as a result, Enquiries only support a single pipeline and unlike Opportunities and Problems, this pipeline can’t be customised.

It does however give the user a visualisation of the status of an Enquiry, improves Enquiry reporting, and enables support for a Kanban view in an upcoming release.

🗃️ Unleashed Contact Two-way Sync

Our friends in the Unleashed team have recently released new features and endpoints to their API and this has enabled us to add syncing of Unleashed contacts to the existing sync functionality (where customers have enabled this two-way sync). This should sync updates to Contacts in both directions, as well as creating Contacts in CRM if they're created in Unleashed.

This feature doesn't (at least not yet) automatically create all CRM Contacts in Unleashed as some users have many more Contacts in the CRM and don't necessarily want them all being sent to Unleashed, and want more control over this action. So, we're currently consulting with users and internally to consider the best way forward on adding that.

The following fields are synchronised:

  • FirstName

  • LastName

  • EmailAddress

  • PhoneNumber

  • MobilePhone

  • Fax Number

🐛 Other Enhancements & Fixes

  • You can now import Products via Excel imports.

  • Added a screen to show all QuickBooks aged receivables for all customers in one place.

  • You can now click “new record” from the Change Parent screen.

  • The Accept/Reject buttons in email templates now more closely resemble the ones that will appear in the final email.

  • Related records will now appear in the suggested email drop-down in the email editor.

  • Opportunity Source is no longer mandatory by default but can be made mandatory via the Customiser if required. It also no longer defaults to a pre-determined value.

  • Added Unleashed Sales Order custom status to the Sales Order import.

  • We no longer post the delivery name into the company name field in Cin7. We now post the company name into the Company Name field and the contact name into the Contact Name fields.

  • Added comparisons to the Sales Analysis page vs. previous year and renamed to financial year.

  • Updated the engagement and customer trends Dashboard tiles to exclude CLTV excluded customers.

  • Added clarifying message to Kanban summary configuration page that summaries are not available for closed statuses.

  • Added notification for integration errors.

  • There is now a popup to help users discover the recycle bin that appears after deleting a record.

  • The credit limit is now visible on the Unleashed ledger page.

  • Re-enabled CustomerType syncing in the Unleashed two-way sync.

  • It's no longer possible to enable Account Manager two-way syncing if Account Managers are set at Company Group level.

  • Updated the Prospect Pricing imports to set the end date to a default value if it isn't part of the spreadsheet.

  • Kanban is no longer listed as a Preview feature.

  • A delete button has been added to Enquiry Web Form and quote line detail records.

  • The phone number field on a sales ledger is now restricted to 30 characters when being created in Unleashed to match their limit.

  • Fixed a bug where you couldn’t add to a Campaign Activity from a Sales Ledger Stats or Sales Ledger Report.

  • Fixed some incorrect Kanban scrolling behaviour on the Dashboard.

  • Fixed a bug where ampersands in email addresses would break Klaviyo integration.

  • Fixed Magic Matrix override appearing for records with no ledger.

  • Fixed a bug where performing multiple currency changes would result in the wrong exchange rates being used.

  • Fixed a bug where the “open in…” link for ERP systems would appear even if the product was not in the ERP system.

  • Fixed a bug where the factory master integration would repeatedly request fresh tokens from OData instead of re-using previously obtained ones.

  • Fixed an issue where converting an Enquiry to a Problem would sometimes say “Opportunity” in the notepad.

  • Fixed a bug where the default email signature wouldn't be selected if there was no default template.

  • The CMS product items plugin now respects the upsell sequence.

  • Fixed some bugs with the CMS product list handling of URL rewrites.

  • Fixed a bug where grouped Reports would sometimes display the wrong totals when changing date filters.

  • Fixed a bug where Kanban columns wouldn't appear in the correct order if open statuses had outcomes set.

  • Fixed a bug where the titles of the Quote Line Reports in the duplicate screen where showing the wrong data.

  • Fixed a bug where searching MLOE multiple times in quick succession could cause the wrong results to display.

  • Fixed a crash when saving a document would fail to generate a preview image.

  • Fixed a bug where the last activity check could be incorrect if there are old users with the same email address in the system.

  • Fixed an issue where BOM imports could become out of sync if ingredients were deleted.

  • Fixed an issue where Stripe payments would not use the correct datacenter which was causing performance issues.

  • Fixed an issue where clicking on fields in the Report field select page wouldn’t always show their description.

  • Fixed recalls generating the wrong URL when linking to Companies.

  • Fixed a bug where the Customiser could not save Report settings changes.

  • Fixed a bug where the “Send to me” button could be clicked multiple times.

  • Fixed a bug where special category pricing wouldn't start immediately if starting from today.

  • Fixed a deadlocking issue when uploading multiple documents at once.

  • Fixed an issue where the {AddressBlock} find and replace field would include corrupted characters instead of new lines when placed inside a table.

  • Fixed product manage rights not permitting the deletion of products from groups.

  • Fixed Goals performance chart not correctly handling financial years.

  • Fixed a bug where Prospect Pricing wouldn’t correctly filter category prices by price band ID.

  • Fixed a UI issue with creating Klaviyo lists.

  • Fixed an issue where Mailchimp syncing could fail if there were leading or trailing spaces on an email address.

  • Fixed some UI issues with the urgent and important note buttons on the notepad.

  • Fixed the dates used by the notification emails to be in the correct timezone.

  • Upgrade a number of third-party libraries.

  • Fixed the VMSS CMS deployment to stream product images correctly.

  • Message sender has been migrated to a web app.

  • Fixed Intercom not working if logged in to the Services Portal.

  • Fixed a bug where month end invoices could be negative.

  • Fixed a bug where the Services Portal was converting currencies twice.
