Please note: We use Release Rings to systematically deliver new features in a way that minimises risk. This means that updates aren't rolled out to every user on the day they're shipped. Instead, they're gradually delivered to a small percentage of customers each day within specified Release Rings. Of course, if customers report issues with an update, we'll pause the rollout while we investigate. So, if you can't see the newest updates yet, don't worry - you'll receive them in the next few days or weeks.

🏛️ Enquiry Web Form Multiple Columns Feature

We’ve now added the ability to structure Enquiry Web Forms into columns, so you can more easily specify the number of columns and how many columns each field should span (without needing so much in-depth CSS knowledge). This will offer much more flexibility in the appearance of these forms!

📦Credit Limits from Unleashed

Highly voted for by our Unleashed customers in the Feedback Portal, we've now added support for importing credit limits from Unleashed.

🐛 Other Enhancements & Fixes

  • Added a new email notification type for “Needs Engagement” customers.

  • Added a breadcrumbs to the send email window to help users to know or remember the context of the email they're sending (who to, what about, etc).

  • Added a system option to highlight oversold stock.

  • Added the ability to click on the graphical pipeline bar to change status of an Opportunity or Problem instead of having to use the drop-down field.

  • Added support for Cin7 WET tax.

  • Added support for the product “Inactive” flag in Cin7 imports.

  • Added a standard “Products with no images” Report - especially useful for any customers that relies on images in Quotation documents or a CMS eCommerce site.

  • Added “order taken by” and “order date” to the order confirmation banner and Quote detail window.

  • Improved the colour of the check mark on the Tag selection window.

  • Improved the consistency of the sorting in the email suggestion drop-down.

  • Improved error handling for the Data Importer so that type errors are now shown to the user correctly.

  • Improved the performance of Quote document generation.

  • Improved the performance of Enquiry Web Form submission for the APAC region.

  • Added some placeholder text to the Notepad that tells users about the @ mentions feature.

  • Removed the currency symbol from the turnover drop-down default values for free trials/new systems.

  • Increased the field size of the sales order group description to 50 characters to match Unleashed.

  • Added a default to the Account Manager and territory field so they are always set to the user’s account if applicable.

  • The "Restore" button is now visible to all users but will pop up an Admin permissions request prompt if clicked by someone who doesn’t have CRM Admin permissions.

  • Fixed a bug where the avatar in the user selection drop-down on the Dashboard wouldn't change when switching between users.

  • Updated special pricing to use the price list description for products if provided. This only affects Pegasus Opera customers.

  • Fixed a bug where the CRM Library list would show page 1 no matter which page was selected.

  • Fixed a bug where changing parent on a Quote with description-only lines would crash.

  • Fixed an issue where Problems could sometimes be created with an invalid Opportunity ID of 0 instead of null.

  • Fixed crash when attempting to merge records in certain scenarios.

  • Fixed a bug where bulk updates and Quote duplication requests could go via the wrong datacentre for APAC customers, making them run much slower than necessary.

  • Product catalogue code has been hidden from the CRM UI by default as it's only relevant in very specific scenarios.

  • Fixed a bug where the cost price currency symbol could be incorrect on multi-line order entry.

  • Fixed an infinite loop that could happen if a custom translation differed in casing to the one expected by the system.

  • Fixed a bug where the “remove filter” button would appear on some system system generated filters.

  • Fixed a bug with the Opportunity Importer where percentages wouldn't be correctly interpreted by the Guttometer column.

  • Fixed a bug where the RFM segment component wouldn't display correctly when customised into Contacts or Companies.

  • Remove the ability to create price bands from the price list importer.

  • Fixed an issue where applying Campaign Activity filters to a very large number of Contacts would take a long time.

  • Fixed a crash when attempting to add Contacts to a Campaign Activity from an RFM Report.

  • Improved the feedback on the “Download Template” button when clicking it triggers an instant download.

  • Fixed an issue with the Data Importer not having a minimum width.

  • Fixed a race condition that could sometimes lead to inconsistent row counts being reported by the Report summary.

  • Fixed a crash when trying to confirm a Quote on an Operating Company that doesn't match the Company's default ledger and no target ledger is specified.

  • Fixed a bug where confirming a Opportunity-Quote could crash while attempting to set the Opportunity status to an obsolete status.

  • Fixed an issue where the Mailchimp and Klaviyo imports would try to continue running during an upgrade.

  • Migrated the CMS Editor to a web app.
