Please note: We use Release Rings to systematically deliver new features in a way that minimises risk. This means that updates aren't rolled out to every user on the day they're shipped. Instead, they're gradually delivered to a small percentage of customers each day within specified Release Rings. Of course, if customers report issues with an update, we'll pause the rollout while we investigate. So, if you can't see the newest updates yet, don't worry - you'll receive them in the next few days or weeks.

💵 Pricing Imports

You can now import prices into the various Prospect Pricing tables from the Data Import screen. These imports are available from within the Data Import screen under the Pricing sub-menu (see screenshot below).

⚒️ "Exclude from CLTV Tools" Option

Company records now have an “Exclude from CLTV tools” option (this option was previously called "Exclude from RFM") which will exclude them from all tools and analysis aimed at increasing customer lifetime value (CLTV), including the Magic Matrix, KPI analysis, and RFM Analysis.

Why might you need this option? If you have accounts in your ERP and CRM that represent cash accounts, your Amazon account, your trade counter, or similar, then you can't really develop these accounts in the same way that you would develop a normal B2B trading relationship. You might also feel that these accounts distort your B2B trading analysis, so excluding them can help you focus your analysis and action on the B2B accounts that you can and should be actively developing.

📏 Specify Quote Table Column Widths

You can now specify the widths of Quote table columns on a column by column basis rather than auto-sizing the columns.

**Tip** If you specify the width of some columns, it's usually better to specify the percentage width for all columns as leaving some columns to be "Auto" will mean they're just evenly spaced in whatever width remains.

**Tip** Specifying too small a column width for product images can cause your images to be cut-off, so please test this carefully.

🐛 Other Enhancements, Updates & Fixes

  • You can now specify the Cin7 group when creating new customer accounts in Cin7 from the CRM.

  • Account Manager fields (name and email) are now synced into Mailchimp as additional custom fields. You can then use these in your email content to help customers know who their Account Manager is and who to contact for enquiries or more information.

  • Multiple CMS/eCommerce on-page performance enhancements and new caching have improved the speed of generating page content.

  • Improved the performance of the CMS/eCommerce Product Item plugin for scenarios where a user is not logged into the site.

  • Added additional logging to help identify slow CMS pages and very large page sizes so that we can advise customers where they can better improve the overall performance of a specific site.

  • Company information is now copied over when converting an Enquiry and creating a new Company.

  • Updated wording of the “Set Account Manager at Company Level” option to clarify what it does and issues that may occur when changing this option.

  • Outlook and Gmail Save to CRM plugins now uses the Australian datacenter if appropriate, significantly speeding up the Save to CRM response times for our APAC customers.

  • Added the ability to include the mobile phone number in delivery notes and delivery addresses.

  • Updated the CMS filters plugin to have a “no filters available” text output rather than outputting nothing when the displayed range of products don't have any available filters.

  • Added an “Are you sure?” prompt to B2C conversion scenarios that previously had no prompt.

  • Added an indexed “Account created” date to sledger stats to improve reporting efficiency.

  • Updated the “Order status” banner to appear on every page of Quotes rather than just the detail page.

  • Fixed an issue where systems with disabled email sending (typically just unvalidated free trials) fail to correctly record order confirmation errors and hence don't then display an appropriate warning banner.

  • Fixed a bug where the automatic site maintenance process would render the manual maintenance options in the CMS Editor inaccessible.

  • Fixed a crash in the import if a Cin7 system was connected with no configured price tiers.

  • Fixed a bug where the Library file modal link could be missing the file ID.

  • Fixed a bug with the CMS checkout plugin where the “collect in person” option would remove the “agree terms” checkbox.

  • Fixed a bug where "copy Quote lines" would crash if the Quote contained description only lines.

  • Fixed a bug where C# orchestrators wouldn't terminate correctly if they encountered a timeout while processing messages.

  • Fixed a bug where it was not possible to filter a Report using the name of a field on that entity.

  • Fixed a bug where Task dates were marked as editable and could be modified if customised in.

  • Fixed a bug that could cause the due date picker to crash when selecting a date.

  • Fixed an issue where URLs without a protocol would be interpreted as relative by the email preview window.

  • Fixed crash when using the Contact import for Contacts with apostrophes in their email address.

  • Fixed a bug where QuickBooks Online orders would be listed as having invoiced quantities even if they hadn't been invoiced yet.

  • Fixed activity feed entries added by scripts appearing as “Unknown User” instead of “System”.

  • Fixed some crashes when evaluating conditional properties on customised in fields.

  • Fixed a bug where adding a “Starts with” filter to a report would initialise as an invalid filter.

  • Fixed a bug that would cause a crash when sending an email against a Contact with no parent.

  • Fixed a bug where the Data Import screen would continue polling a failed import even after the window was closed.

  • Fixed a bug where the total discount field would appear as editable even though it's computed.

  • Fixed a crash during the Unleashed import if a product BOM is imported which contains products that haven't yet been imported.

  • Updated the visibility of the Company currency field to hidden since this is a legacy field that is no longer used.

  • Fixed a crash when editing document standard text.

  • Fixed an issue that caused appointments to fail to send using the new SendGrid account.

  • Fixed a crash that could cause Word documents to fail to update from some systems.

  • Fixed a bug that allowed users to attempt to submit the Enquiry Web Form multiple times, resulting in an error message.

  • Fixed a bug where notes added automatically by OData would use an inappropriate timezone.

  • Fixed a bug where unit value margin would be incorrectly stored if entered manually.

  • The titles of the Magic Matrix window are now static instead of scrolling with the data.

  • Updated QuickBooks, Katana and Xero integration to not retry invalid tokens so many times.

  • Updated CMS lead time handling to treat a lead time of “0” as an unknown lead time instead of rounding up to 1 week.
