🧙‍♂️ Magic Matrix Automatic Category Mapping

We’ve introduced an enhancement that automatically maps Product Categories to Magic Matrix Categories when new Products are added to the system. This eliminates the previous need for manual matching and simplifies the categorisation process for the Magic Matrix. A System Setting is now available for the mapping configuration, providing an easy and intuitive way to manage your Category mappings. The mappings must be configured for the Categories to automatically assign. You can find this setting by clicking here.

📩 Added an Enquiries Page to Campaigns & Campaign Activities

It's now possible to view Campaign related Enquiries directly on the Campaign Activity record! To link the records, simply select the relevant Campaign from the Campaign Activity drop-down on the Enquiry. This indicates that the Enquiry originated from that Campaign Activity, streamlining the process of reporting on a Campaign's impact.

🐛 Other Enhancements & Fixes

  • The minimum margin warning banner is now sticky and we added a ‘Review Margins’ button for easy access to the Analysis page, ensuring users never miss critical margin alerts while adding lines to their Quotes

  • Fixed an issue where Cin7 Core due dates would be processed as the previous day during BST

  • Moved the ‘Can place orders on websites…’ setting from the User Roles page to the User Management dialog for easier and more consistent management

  • Enhanced the styling of the global ‘Create’ button

  • Improved the Reports search UI on mobile for a more consistent and user-friendly experience

  • Changed the background of the expanded section in the main Navigation Menu for easier identification of the active area

  • Replaced buttons with proper tabs on Dashboard tiles for a more intuitive navigation experience

  • Converted the ‘New Report’ button to a primary action button in Report view and removed the duplicate from the side panel for a more consistent UI

  • Added the ability to hide the right-hand side panel on Other Reports and similar pages for more space in the left-hand report section when needed

  • Added tooltips to the ‘Base Value (ex tax)’ and ‘Base Value (inc tax)’ fields on the Sales Order to clarify what each value includes

  • Resolved box-shadow rendering issues in the Library page for a consistent UI, even with a large number of files

  • Back-to-back Purchase Orders now include the PO number against the request

  • Added support for recurring events in the Activity Feed

  • Added SKU/Supplier code to Purchase Order table

  • Added mobile numbers to Xero Contact import

  • Added sort keys to financials Sales Ledger import

  • The Exchequer BOM import now populates the core BOM tables

  • Added handling of Unleashed Customer Types to be compatible with both guides and descriptions

  • Fixed a bug with Exchequer tax calculations not always using the correct country code

  • Klaviyo imports now unassign Klaviyo IDs if the Contact has been deleted from Klaviyo

  • Removed the ability to bulk update “last activity” since these are maintained by the system

  • Fixed a bug where certain control character combinations weren't properly escaped when generating Word documents

  • Fixed an issue where Currency Rates wouldn't import after the first run for Cin7 Core

  • Fixed a bug that prevented large numbers of updated Customers in Access Financials from updating in CRM after the first import

  • Fixed missing tab stops on the RFM Analysis dashboard

  • Fixed sorting for Sales Ledger 'credit limit' and 'balance' fields

  • Fixed the field visibility of common Tasks fields

  • Fixed the “Configure” button on User lists not linking to the User Management page

  • Fixed a bug that prevented the remove button from appearing on Customiser reports

  • Fixed PO prompt not appearing on Sales Orders

  • Fixed an article link on Sales Manager Dashboard
