Please note: We use Release Rings to systematically deliver new features in a way that minimises risk. This means that updates aren't rolled out to every user on the day they're shipped. Instead, they're gradually delivered to a small percentage of customers each day within specified Release Rings. Of course, if customers report issues with an update, we'll pause the rollout while we investigate. So, if you can't see the newest updates yet, don't worry - you'll receive them in the next few days or weeks.
🌗 Merge Records
It's now much easier to merge records in the CRM with a new dedicated interface. Using this new interface will result in one record being marked as deleted while all the child records and notes are moved to another record (all within one easy-to-follow wizard). It will even prompt you to merge any fields that contain different data. This feature allows you to merge Companies, or Contacts, but also other types of records where you might have duplicates, such as Opportunities and Problems.
You'll find this new feature under the the further options menu (three dots in the top right-hand corner) on the Details page of a record, as shown below:
♻️ Recycle Bin for Deleted Records
Ever accidently deleted a record in Prospect CRM, and need to restore it later? A recycle bin was a super popular request, regularly voted on in our Ideas Portal and is now available in this release!
Accessible via the System Settings, the recycle bin lists all records that have been deleted by users (since the upgrade to V110) and allows them to be restored.
📝 Audit Log Visible in the CRM
There's now a “Show History” button in the “Created” section on the Details page of a record. This shows the audit history for that record, including events such as record creation, deletion, cascade child deletion, merging and Quote status changes. Over time we'll be adding more event types to the Audit Log.

The Data Importer now respects the default “Subscribed” Email flag setting.
A “pipeline” drop-down has been added to Opportunities and combined Opportunity-Quotes to allow the pipeline to be changed. Changing it will attempt to select the current status, or if that status is unavailable, the first status of the appropriate outcome.
