Please note: We use Release Rings to systematically deliver new features in a way that minimises risk. This means that updates aren't rolled out to every user on the day they're shipped. Instead, they're gradually delivered to a small percentage of customers each day within specified Release Rings. Of course, if customers report issues with an update, we'll pause the rollout while we investigate. So, if you can't see the newest updates yet, don't worry - you'll receive them in the next few days or weeks.

📧 Klaviyo Marketing Platform Integration (Preview)

We now have integration to the Klaviyo marketing platform! This works in a similar way to our Mailchimp integration and allows you to use Klaviyo’s email marketing features to target your CRM customers and prospects. Integration to Klaviyo can be configured via the System Settings, where you can define which Contacts get synchronised. You can then add synchronised Contacts to Klaviyo lists via CRM Reports or CRM Campaigns.

Once configured, Contacts will also display a “Klaviyo” page in the CRM, listing any interactions they've had via Klayvio emails.

📧 Create Enquiries from Klaviyo or Mailchimp Subscribers

When someone subscribes to your Klaviyo/Mailchimp list or newsletter, would you ideally want your Sales team to reach out to that prospect and qualify their interest? If so, then just turn on this new feature. Simply head to the System Settings, and find your Mailchimp or Klaviyo integration settings, and switch on creation of Enquiries. Then, any new subscribers will be automatically imported as CRM Enquiries!

Once your Sales team have validated and qualified the prospect, the Enquiry can be converted to a Contact/Company (that you'll continue marketing to) or if their interest is more immediate, directly into an active sales Opportunity to follow up on.

📦 Bill Of Materials (BOM) Support for Katana

We now import BOM information from Katana, showing a list of components and calculating the buildable quantity on the product record.

🔔 Email Notifications now Generally Available & Enabled for All Users

A little while ago we started working on the new Email Notifications feature - a highly voted feature request in the Ideas Portal. Since then, lots of customers have been trying this out and giving us their feedback. We've now actioned most of that (including adding an option to restrict some notifications to “my customers only”) and are really excited to now roll out this notifications feature for all users.

Initially, weekly notifications have been enabled by default for all users for “Tasks”, “New Customers”, “On Hold Orders” and “Missing Orders" (for my customers only).

Users can then manage their notifications (enabling more or less notifications as well as adjusting the frequency of each) via the the Notifications page - available from the Personal Settings menu or via the "Manage Notifications" link at the bottom of each notification email they receive.

📄 New Notifications for Enquiries

Users can now subscribe to a new instant/daily/weekly/monthly notifications whenever Enquiries are assigned to them. This is in addition to the option to send notifications when an Enquiry is created via a web form.

🐛 Other Fixes & Enhancements

  • Added the ability to set Prospect Pricing on prospects (i.e. Companies that don't yet have a sales ledger/ERP Account assigned to them).

  • Some notifications have been updated to have a “my customers only” mode which will restrict notifications to situations where you are the Account Manager.

  • Improved the searching system to process acronyms and symbols out of names.
i.e. “I B M” is now found using the term “ibm” (despite the missing spaces), and “O’Leary” can be found by searching for “oleary” (despite the missing apostrophe).

  • Improved Enquiry Web Form error handling and configuration based on feedback.

  • A page has been added to make it easier to discover and configure email marketing integrations if no integration has yet been configured.

  • Added support for delivery addresses and delivery notes to be pushed through to orders confirmed into Katana.

  • Updated the Intercom chat icon in the help menu to be a chat bubble so as to be more recognizable as "chat".

  • Added “Company” to the Global Create.

  • Added some padding between dialog buttons to make it harder to miss-click.

  • DKIM validation errors now appear in a modal and have a “copy” button.

  • Customers with outstanding (non-cancelled and non-expired) Quotes for a product in a Magic Matrix category are now classed as “Opportunity” even if there isn't a categorised Opportunity in the system.

  • Delivery charges are now enabled by default in Quote tables.

  • The “Tag” field in DEAR Inventory (Cin7 Core) is now imported into a searchable field on product item.

  • Added the ability to specify whether a Pegasus Opera order is converted as a Quote or order when confirmed into the Accounting System.

  • Added a “Priority” flag to quote for Pegasus Opera which will push through to the ih_priority on confirmation.

  • Web Quotes can now be confirmed via the order authorisation portal.

  • Unleashed imports now use the invoice quantity to calculate the cost value on an invoice instead of the order quantity.

  • Fixed an issue that prevented custom 500 error pages from displaying on the CMS in some instances.

  • Fixed an issue that could cause some images to not appear when using forward/reply buttons in CRM.

  • Fixed a bug where assigning a Task didn't set the Company ID correctly.

  • Fixed a bug where the sales order group filter drop-down didn't display the correct text.

  • Removed “import source type” as a field that can be added via the Customiser.

  • Fixed a bug in cloud integrations where Quote lines would not be sent into the account system in the correct sequence.

  • Fixed a bug where new lines/carriage returns would be incorrectly removed from extended descriptions when using new style Quote tables.

  • Fixed a bug where the CMS style sheet would not output the correct cache headers after the first hit.

  • Removed the incorrect “add note” button from the user Activity feed.

  • Fixed a bug where Katana imports would incorrectly identify any error during authentication as a key revocation issue and disable the import.
