Please note: We use Release Rings to systematically deliver new features in a way that minimises risk. This means that updates aren't rolled out to every user on the day they're shipped. Instead, they're gradually delivered to a small percentage of customers each day within specified Release Rings. Of course, if customers report issues with an update, we'll pause the rollout while we investigate. So, if you can't see the newest updates yet, don't worry - you'll receive them in the next few days or weeks.

🚛 RFM by Delivery Address

We're trialing a new enhancement to our RFM analysis. This is intended to help users who sell to chains of stores or hotels (each with different delivery addresses), and want to analyse RFM by store, but can’t currently do so as all orders are being place via one Account in the ERP/Inventory Management system. If that’s you, then we’re keen to hear from you and see if this option helps!

This method of calculating RFM is brand new and still very much in Preview, so if you want to try it, please review this guide and if you have any questions please contact support. Don’t worry, if it doesn’t work for you we’ll be able to revert the settings, recalculate, and perhaps come back to you later on in the Preview process.

☎️ Dynamic “Needs Engagement” Time

Different “Needs Engagement” thresholds can now be set per Company priority. This allows you to have more frequent alerts for higher priority customers and allow lower priority customers to go longer without an active engagement. The overall value, set via the existing system option will still be used if no engagement time is set for a given Company priority, or where a Company doesn't have a priority set.

You can access the overall "Needs Engagement" setting here, and the priority settings here.

🐛 Other Enhancements & Fixes

  • Added a Read-only view of the user roles to the user detail record allowing CRM Admins to see a full set of roles from the user record, without having to go to the main User Management screens.

  • Added a territory field to Enquiries that (when converting an Enquiry) maps to the territory field on a Company.

  • Company Name and Contact Name are now set as required fields by default when creating new Enquiry Web Forms (but users can of course change them to be optional).

  • Added an option to not skip quote generation (and thereby use the Quote stage) in Cin7 Core. Most users should continue to use Quotes in the CRM and skip the quote stage in Cin7, which is the default behaviour.

  • Added the ability to filter the target entity when creating a document template.

  • Updated Mailchimp sync to pause syncing of Contacts if the total number of Contacts is over the limit.

  • Added a scrollbar to the upsell items summary.

  • Added a system option to treat orders as active engagements.

  • Recalculating prices on Quote lines now also recalculates cost prices.

  • Quote line memo is now included on copy/paste of Quote lines.

  • Improved the performance of the Manage Users screen.

  • Updated Klaviyo integration to better support the setting of subscribed and unsubscribed statuses.

  • Improved the cleanup of connections created by background tasks.

  • Added a new URL for Library files that will skip the “getting your download ready” page, designed for embedded images.

  • Updated FactoryMaster imports to set the address against the order directly rather than creating a new address record every time.

  • Updated FactoryMaster imports to correctly handle 0 (zero) exchange rates (this is the default value if one has not been set up).

  • New Opportunity and Problems statuses now default to “Task not required”. Existing configurations and status’ are not impacted.

  • Fixed a bug where Quote tables in Word documents could generate with the wrong number of displayed decimal places.

  • Renamed “Year” to “Financial Year” in sales transactions cube Report.

  • Added a quota to record syncing that should prevent excessive API usage causing issues elsewhere.

  • Fixed a crash when switching between Quote/Order line entry modes.

  • Fixed the message displayed when attempting to confirm a Quote to an on-stop ledger/account.

  • Fixed a bug where Unleashed account creation would fail if there was a space at the end of the email address.

  • Fixed a bug that caused obsolete statuses to show in the Opportunity Status drop-down.

  • Improved the SEO page title tooltip on product items in eCommerce platform.

  • Fixed a UI issue with the QuickBooks Online integration button.

  • Updated the "Delete demo data" to remove demo warehouses.

  • Fixed an issue with inconsistent edibility of the tax code drop-down when using Unleashed.

  • Fixed a bug where confirmed orders could be marked as failed after they'd already confirmed.

  • Fixed a bug where Unleashed two-way sync would prevent the creation of new Contacts on v112.

  • Updated Magic Matrix categories to be sorted correctly.

  • Fixed a bug with duplicate Company detection that would send the duplication warning during ledger/account creation.

  • You can no longer mark collection properties (such as Tags) as required.
