Identify B2C Customers Based on Unleashed Sales Order Groups

This article outlines how Unleashed customers can auto-detect B2C customer accounts by using Unleashed's Sales Order Group field.

The CRM can auto-detect customer accounts that are B2C, using Unleashed's Sales Order Group field. Unleashed recommend that you use the Sales Order Group to categorise your Sales Orders, such as into branches or regions.

Follow the steps below to learn how to set the Unleashed Sales Order Group to help detect B2C customers in the CRM.

Prerequisites

  • You need to have your CRM integrated to Unleashed

  • You'll need CRM Admin rights to follow the steps in this article

Step 1: Navigate to Sales Order Group setting

Click here to go to the Sales Order Group setting or you can search "Sales Order Groups" within System Settings and click to Configure.

Step 2: Configure Sales Order Groups

Here, you'll be presented with a list of your Unleashed Sales Order Groups. Simply set the 'Is B2C' flag to 'Yes' for the Sales Order Group that you use to categorise your B2C customers.

Please note: Sales Order Groups are managed entirely within Unleashed and any updates made in Unleashed will be synced to the CRM.
