Within Unleashed, users can set a Sales Order Group on their Sales Orders. This group helps you to segment your orders, for example by region or by branch. You can set the Sales Order Group within the CRM on Quotes and Sales Orders and this will be passed through to Unleashed once confirmed.
As this is an Unleashed specific field, only Unleashed customers can use this field which is why you'll need to add it to the record layout using the CRM Customiser, as explained below.
Step 1: Accessing the Customiser
To add in the Sales Order Group field, firstly navigate to either a Sales Order or Quote, depending on which you'd like to add this to. Click the further options menu (three dots) located in the top right-hand corner, and select 'Customise' from the drop-down.
Step 2: Add Field to Record Layout
Click the 'Add Field/Report' button from the section that you wish to add the Sales Order Group field to.
Select the 'Add Fields' option.
You'll then be presented with a list of fields that you could add to the record layout. To get a full list of these fields, just click the 'See More' button.
Scroll down to the bottom of the list of fields and you'll find the Sales Order Group field. Simply tick the field and click the 'OK' button.
It'll then be added to the record layout. To keep this change remember to click the save icon in the top right-hand corner!
You will then be able to start setting the Sales Order Group on quotations & sales orders processed via the CRM through to Unleashed.
