Changing Account Order Status on Quote/Sales Order
Click into any unconfirmed Quote/Sales Order. In the Status section, select the drop-down under "Accounts Order Status".
Choose the status that's most suited for the Order - whether it be "Parked", "Backordered" or "Placed". Press 'Confirm' on the Quote/Sales Order to sync it to Unleashed with the selected status.
Adding Account Order Status to an Order Report
To view all your Orders and their Accounts Order Status, head to the Account Manager Dashboard, and select the 'See More' on the Orders tile.
You'll then be presented with an Orders Report that displays all your current order information from this month.
To see the Order statuses of all your Orders, add the Order Status field to your Report by clicking on the further options menu (three dots) then clicking 'Select Fields'.
You'll be presented with a list of fields to select from. Find the Order Status field, then click 'Submit' to add this column to your Report.
The Report will now show the Order Status for each of your orders.
