Unleashed customers can auto-detect customer accounts that are B2C,using Unleashed's Customer Type field. Unleashed recommend that you use the Customer Type to categorise your customers, including B2C customers.
Follow the steps below to learn how to set the correct Unleashed Customer Type to help detect B2C customers.
Prerequisites
You need to have your CRM integrated to Unleashed
You'll need CRM Admin rights to follow the steps in this article
Step 1: Navigate to Unleashed Customer Types Setting
Navigate to the System Settings, and select the 'Integration' tab. From here, you can select 'Click to Configure' under the Unleashed Customer Types setting.
Step 2: Configure Customer Types
Here, you'll be presented with a list of your Unleashed Customer Types. Simply set the 'Is B2C' flag to 'Yes' for the Unleashed Customer Type that you use to categorise your B2C customers.
