⚙️ Enhanced Custom Fields

We've introduced additional field properties for custom fields. By clicking the spanner icon next to the custom field in the editing interface, users can now mark specific custom fields as read-only, set default values for them, and control the precision by specifying the number of decimal places for decimal input fields.

We've also added a cog icon to the custom field creation screen, allowing users to configure these properties during field setup.

🖋️ Signature/Drawing Document Type

We've added a new document type designed for capturing hand-drawn content, especially signatures. Documents created using this type will be saved as PNG files and will show appropriately both in the preview and in the notepad. This feature isn't intended to be a full solution for signing off deliveries or jobsheets, but may provide a useful option for more casual requirements to capture customer signatures.

🐛 Other Enhancements & Fixes

  • Full Company Names are now displayed in the Magic Matrix (they're no longer truncated to fit a narrow display column).

  • Added a new Objective field to Opportunities, which is used for more accurate and flexible calculation of CLTV stats. This new field defaults to match the Pipeline’s Objective value, or to the Customer Acquisition value if the opportunity is created against a customer that doesnt have an account (a Sales Ledger). However, the user can override this to more accurately reflect the objective of this opportunity.

  • Added a Margin field to Opportunities - this will be populated initially by the Estimated Margin drop-down and then subsequently by the actual Margin value from the Quote.

  • You can now convert Simple Quotes back to Opportunities through the triple-dot menu.

  • We've added a system option to allow users to switch the primary action for Opportunities between “Convert to Quote” and “Create Sub-Quote”.

  • Made updates to Automation Manager to better handle starting and stopping services with multiple Workspaces.

  • Updated Sage 50 and Access Dimensions integrations to ignore missing surnames during customer imports.

  • Added better logging to our Exchequer imports to try to enable us to better understand errors in the Sales Credit and Invoices imports.

  • Created a new Access Dimensions import to bring in alphanumeric invoices.

  • To provide minimal support for the small handful of users who need to trade in Sierra Leonean currency (the Leone), where exchange rates aren't given by our exchange rates API provider, the new currency (SLL) is now available in the CRM but not automatically updated. Instead, the CRM allows for manual setup of this exchange rate.

  • Improved the UI for the Access CRM branding when selecting search options in the global search.

  • Fixed a bug where daily maintenance wasn’t correctly updating RFM data for Sales Ledgers that were set as the default for more than one Company.

  • Fixed a bug that was causing discounts to apply twice to Unleashed quote lines via special pricing and the discount field.

  • Fixed a bug whereby Contacts with previously deleted additional phone numbers couldn’t be deleted.

  • Fixed a bug where the internal Combined Entity field was showing to users as a valid field for filtering and selection for Opportunities records.

  • Fixed a bug that caused the DEAR Inventory (Cin7 Core) import progress to not update correctly when importing Sales Ledgers.

  • Fixed a bug that meant that VAT Registration Code was only available for selection when the “Show System Fields” option was clicked.

  • Fixed a bug where the Integration Errors report was incorrectly displaying messages other than errors.

  • Fixed a bug with the Kanban view that was preventing users in Firefox from moving Opportunities to dates in the future and incorrectly displaying start and end dates.

  • Fixed various bugs in the Access Dimensions Sales Ledger creation process to ensure we are posting the correct fields into Access Dimensions.

  • Fixed a bug with Access Dimensions to correctly remove decimal values in stock imports to prevent crashes.

  • Fixed a bug with Access Dimensions imports that prevented Customer Imports from creating Companies or Contacts when an apostrophe was included in the Company Code.

  • Fixed a bug where our Exchequer Sales Ledger imports were logging errors due to an incorrect Default Division field name.

  • Fixed a bug that caused Access Dimensions order confirmation to fail when the Quote wasn't under a Contact.

  • Fixed a bug where Exchequer Sales Transaction imports were reporting errors for description only items.

  • Fixed a bug where Pegasus Opera Imports weren't using the correct rounding method during Sales Order confirmation.

  • Updated our database automation import data extraction procedure to a new version provided by support.

  • Moved Unleashed order confirmation and ledger creation from Node to C# to improve performance and enable easier debugging.
