Did you know...we've delivered almost 500 of your ideas, logged and voted on via the Feedback Portal? With several more in Preview and some of the most highly voted ideas currently planned or in development, we'll soon be delivering even more of your best ideas and contributions!

šŸ›¬ Landing Pages (Private Preview)

This version includes an initial iteration of the new Landing Pages. This new module allows users to quickly and easily create focused mini sites for use in Pay-per-click, SEO, email and other forms of marketing campaigns. A key feature is the ability to host CRM Enquiry Web Forms on these pages, so you donā€™t need to update your website every time you want to use an Enquiry Web Form in an email or PPC campaign.

Please note: this feature is currently in Private Preview, so is initially only available to select Early Adopters. If you'd like to learn more, then sign up for the Early Adopters programme for Landing Pages.

šŸš€ The Growth Engine (Public Preview)

We're excited to announce that in this version, The Growth Engine has been released in Public Preview! Thanks to all the great feedback and input from our Early Adopters, who tested this feature in Private Preview - we're now ready to move to the next stage and share this new feature more widely.

Users can now access the Growth Engine from the navigation menu (on the left hand side of the app). And, while in Preview, this feature will be available to all users on all Subscription levels, but please be aware that when any Preview features are released into General Availability it could be limited to certain Subscription levels (e.g. Professional and Advance) or other restrictions or pricing mechanisms could apply. Check out our dedicated guide about the various stages of the release programme here to learn more.

šŸ“„ Quote Minimum Margin Updates

In an earlier release, we added the ability to set a minimum margin per Quote/Order line - some customers loved this feature, but many of you gave feedback to say that you don't care so much about the margin per line, just so long as the total margin for the whole Quote exceeded X%. I.e. it's fine to have a loss-leader on one product so long as the margin is made up on another product.

You said it would be more useful to be able to set the minimum overall margin for the whole Quote/Order...so, that's what we've done! When setting the minimum margin, you can now decide whether to apply this restriction by line or for the whole Quote or Order.

The existing options to either show a banner or prevent the order being placed still work as before. But, as well as the improvements above, we've also added a warning banner if a user attempts to send an email against a Quote which violates the margin limits (to ensure your users don't send out Quotes that fall below this margin).

Why not give this new setting a try here!

šŸ› Other Enhancements & Fixes

  • There is now a page on the Campaign screen that lists the Enquiries generated by Campaign Activities within that Campaign.

  • Improved UI for Quote line copy and Quote duplicate screens.

  • Bulk actions can now be performed on Quote lines from the Quote screen without the bulk action permission. Bulk updating of Quote lines via this UI is limited to updating the lines associated with the current Quote - i.e. updating one quote at a time. To truly bulk update multiple Quotes, users will still require the bulk action role.

  • Multi line order entry now auto selects text in text boxes to make overtyping easier.

  • Sales Order groups can now be used to identify B2C records in Unleashed imports.

  • Fixed a bug where B2C record conversion wouldn't leave anything in the audit log despite deleting records.

  • Fixed a bug where the CRM button would appear in Access Workspace even if the user didn't have access to CRM.

  • Fixed a bug where Opportunity sizes were sorting alphabetically rather than by sequence.

  • Fixed a bug where the Klaviyo import would not update Klaviyo IDs after the contact limit was increased.

  • Fixed a bug where Enquiry assignment would fail when assigning to users with a blank string email address.

  • Fixed an issue with some slideovers not having the correct behaviour when setting values from one field to another.

  • Fixed some UI inconsistences with the new Tasks list.

  • Improved Cin7 order failure error handling.

  • Improved error handling when attempting to change a userā€™s email address when email sending is disabled.

  • Fixed a couple of queries being sent to OData Lite when they weren't Lite compatible.

  • Fixed a bug where clicking ā€œgrant accessā€ to a user, then clicking ā€œdisabledā€ on the subsequent screen would still grant some permissions.

  • Fixed a bug when changing the address of a Contact where that Contact used to be linked to a record in Unleashed, but a ledger is no longer assigned to the Company.

  • Fixed a bug where Global Create button would fail to set some fields on creation.

  • Updated Product YTD permissions so that non-Admin users can view the data.

  • Updated default cost calculations to still calculate if the cost is set to 0 instead of null.

  • Fixed a bug where "upcoming" and "overdue" Tasks weren't in the right order.

  • A notification is now available to tell you when the Growth Engine updates (the first of the month).

  • Fixed a bug where an erroneous payment intent would be created when entering invalid card details into the Stripe payment tab.

  • The discontinued ā€œSwapā€ flag is no longer in the default data import template.

  • Fixed an error when opening multiple slideovers of different types from the same page.

  • Fixed a crash when importing Katana sales ledgers with a blank string currency code.

  • Fixed a bug where the ā€œemail too largeā€ warning wouldn't show in "Save to CRM" in certain contexts.

  • Fixed a bug where the Pending Orders notification email would include cancelled orders.

  • Fixed a bug with the syncing of details against users with an apostrophe in their email address.

  • Fixed a bug where tax by delivery address would fail to fall back to the sales ledgerā€™s country if the delivery address didn't include a country at all.

  • Fixed a bug where some components would attempt to include an opco field when bulk updating.

  • Fixed a bug where deleted documents could show in Quote tables if linked files were included in the table.

  • Fixed a crash in the ā€œmove childrenā€ control of an Opportunity's delete dialog.

  • Improved the handling of the Mintsoft uninvoiced values integration.
