✅ Tasks (Private Preview)

This version introduces our new and improved Tasks system. This will replace the old Recall/Tasks system and allow for much more flexibility and enhancements in the future. Records can now have multiple Tasks, and Tasks can exist without a parent record. Tasks have a specific name, as well as a rich text description and outcome field to make them clearer to report on and summarise. They can be completed from the Tasks list and from the Activity feed in a single click which should reduce friction when dealing with more granular Tasks.

Due to the differences between new Tasks and the old (classic) Tasks, there's a one way migration script that can be run to convert to the new system, but it's challenging to convert back again. Also, any bespoke systems or Reports that current run off the old Tasks/Recall system will need to be updated to handle both based on the system option before you can be migrated. This means that we cannot use this new system in house for a while and also certain customers will have to wait before being able to use it.

💰 Financials Sales Ledger Creation

We've improved the Access Financials Beta integration by enabling users to create sales ledgers directly within the CRM. Once created, these ledgers will be pushed into Financials, allowing users to utilize them for creating sales transactions in both systems.

📊 Growth Engine Empty State & Churn Adjustments

We've introduced an empty state for each one of the Growth Engine graphs, along with a ‘Learn More’ guide. These enhancements are designed to assist users in gaining a deeper understanding of the prerequisite data and optimizing their CRM setup to maximize the value derived from this feature.

We've also made some adjustments to how we display and calculate churn statistics. We now attempt to calculate the error in our automated statistics based on the oldest data, and then apply error correction going forward to the latest stats. This should help to improve situations where we show a higher churn rate for newer data, since it hasn't had a chance to be corrected yet as customers order again just a bit late.

🐛 Other Enhancements & Fixes

  • It's now possible to search for fields in the report grouping screen.

  • You can now set contact preference flags when converting an Enquiry to a Contact.

  • Users with territory restrictions can no longer select “Everyone” from the user filter on Dashboards.

  • Fixed a bug where the CRM inbox parser would only look at the first email address in the “To” field when deciding if it can save it.

  • Web product reference is now editable again on product items.

  • Fixed a bug where automation flow emails would fail to send if the email template signature was set to [None].

  • Fixed a bug where order dates in Dear and QBO would not be adjusted to the system timezone.

  • Fixed a bug where Stripe order values could be incorrect for non standard foreign currency decimal places.

  • It is now possible to set a value into the markup field on a quote line, even if the current value is N/A.

  • Fixed some inconsistencies with the use of Postcode vs. Postal/Zip Code.

  • Fixed a bug that caused some report borders to not show on Firefox.

  • Fixed the dates that the Lost Opportunity Report runs off to look at when the status was last changed instead of when the record was last modified.

  • Fixed a bug where the Magic Matrix Quote section wouldn't look at matrix assignments based on product categories.

  • Fixed a UI bug that prevented scrolling of the Magic Matrix sidebar.

  • Fixed a bug that prevented the opening of Unleashed sales orders with numeric order numbers.

  • Fixed some branding issues with QuickBooks Online connections.

  • Fixed a bug where the Quote-to-Order Workflow would attempt to generate invalid buttons when being sent directly under a Company. This now produces an appropriate error.

  • Fixed a bug where Unleashed countries wouldn't match data submitted when pushing through orders.

  • Fixed a bug where modifying certain configuration lists (such as Industry code) would not cause cached date to be reloaded.

  • Viewing document images and getting some types of metadata have been moved from OData to other more appropriate APIs. This should improve performance.

  • Turnover and other usage stats are now included in the monthly usage documents.
