🌈 CRM UI Redesign

We're excited to announce a major update to our CRM's user interface that will elevate your experience! Our new design brings a sleek, modern look and enhanced usability. We've thoughtfully redesigned the layout, relocating all essential features like the global "Create" button and "Search everything..." to the side navigation menu. This shift creates exciting new space for future functionality coming soon to enhance your workflow even further!

We've conducted a thorough UI/UX audit to ensure our new colour scheme meets accessibility standards, and we've modernized pop-ups and slideovers with rounded edges for a more polished appearance. This significant overhaul promises a seamless cross-product experience, especially for those using multiple Access products.

🖍️ Customisable Dashboards

We've enhanced our existing Overview Dashboard by making it fully editable. Admins can now effortlessly add, remove, resize and move around tiles, crafting a unique view that reflects their team's and business's priorities – and these changes will instantly be reflected for all CRM users.

We've also introduced the ability for every user to create multiple personal dashboards just for themselves. You can design and name them however you prefer, populating them with the specific data insights that drive your success, all without sharing them with anyone else.

A rich array of tiles is now available for both overview and personal dashboards:

  • Recent Records: See your most recently viewed or modified records at a glance.

  • Tasks List: Stay on top of your to-do list.

  • Reports: For a deeper dive, embed full-sized reports directly onto your dashboard.

  • Report tiles: Transform your existing reports into insightful dashboard summaries.

  • KPIs: Choose from a variety of pre-calculated values like Order Value, Quote Value, New Ledgers, and more, with options to compare Month-to-Date or Year-to-Date figures against previous periods.

  • KPI Groups: Create custom groupings of multiple KPIs on a single tile, or even pull in summary values from your reports for advanced, critical insights.

  • Quick Charts: Visualise key data with easy-to-understand bar and line charts. Examples include "Average Order Value" or "Number of Customers" by month with comparisons to previous periods.

✅ Task Editing Restrictions

We've updated how Tasks work to give you more control and better notifications:

  • To maintain accuracy and prevent errors, only the creator and the current assignee of a Task can now edit its details.

  • Other CRM Users can still reassign Tasks, but other fields are now protected from unintended modifications.

  • You'll now receive notifications if there are any changes to a Task's description, detailed information, or if the assignee is updated.

  • If a Task you're assigned to is completed or cancelled by someone else, you'll be notified, ensuring you're always aware of its status.

  • Whenever a Task's assignee is changed, the new assignee will automatically receive a notification, ensuring a smooth transition and clear ownership.
