🔄️Unleashed Back-to-Back Purchase Order Creation

We’re excited to introduce a new feature that enhances our integration with Unleashed! When confirming a Quote with lines that have insufficient stock, you can now easily raise a Purchase Order for those items directly within the CRM. Our new Purchase Order creation wizard simplifies this process by allowing you to select your preferred supplier and also adjust the ordered quantities if there are incoming deliveries that could fulfil the missing stock. Once completed, the Purchase Order is created in the CRM and pushed to Unleashed with a PARKED status. We recommend using Unleashed to manage these orders moving forward. This update aims to streamline your workflow and keep your inventory management on track!

🪟 Embedded External Web Pages on CRM Records

You can now embed web pages into your CRM records using the customizer. This feature allows you to integrate external web pages and components, such as Power BI charts and Excel spreadsheets, directly into your CRM. For highly personalised experience, you can specify fields from the current record as URL parameters to pass data from your CRM to external pages. This enhancement makes connecting your CRM with all external data sources easier than ever, providing a seamless and integrated solution.

🗓️ Enhanced Calendar Setup Process

We've simplified the Calendar setup process by providing an authorisation link that can be easily accessed from the CRM or copied to the clipboard. This link can be forwarded to your Outlook organisation admin for them to review and enable the necessary permissions, and connect your CRM with your Outlook Calendar.
