๐Ÿ–๏ธ Customisable Quote Tables

Our new customisable Quote Tables are designed to enhance your Quoting experience with HTML-styled templates that ensure brand consistency. Our innovative approach offers a seamless experience across the CRM, allowing you to design tables that can be used in both Documents and Email Templates. With 8 default styles, easy configuration options, a preview gallery, and a versatile creation window, you can now customise borders, fonts, and colours to perfectly reflect your brand. Manage your styles effortlessly, switch between Word and HTML styles, and insert tables directly into emails with the new toolbar button.

To start using our new Quote Table styling, navigate here to create a new style. You can then go to your Quote Tables to assign a style to them, where you can choose between the new HTML style or stick with your Word style.

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ’ผ Improved B2C Handling

Several improvements have been made to the handling of B2C records. This includes an improved Contact creation screen, which has now been consolidated into a single screen with a B2B/B2C toggle, allowing you to easily switch between the type of Record you are creating without having to back out and rekey data. We have also added the ability to create and view Equipment Items on B2C Contacts, as well as the ability to include the โ€œContact B2C [[Individual]]โ€ flag in contact imports in order to create B2C records. A new flag has been added to Templates to allow those Templates to be restricted to either B2C or B2B records (and their descendants) only. Weโ€™ve also made the B2B and B2C status of Records clearer on the Detail Record interface.

๐Ÿ› Other Improvements and Fixes

  • Tags now show on Kanban cards and on the slideover.

  • Fixed an issue where Outlook 'Save to CRM' would fail to work due to Microsoft revoking access to some legacy APIs.

  • Fixed a bug where the Opportunity margin value wouldn't update when the cost price of a Quote Line changes.

  • Fixed a bug where the order of fields on a Company layout would be inconsistent after saving.

  • Fixed a bug where obsolete delivery zones would still be used to generate the list of Delivery Charges.

  • Fixed a bug where a missing field on the Xero Customer import would prevent it from showing progress in the UI accurately.

  • Fixed a configuration bug where the CRM would fail to activate a Xero import if 'Other' is selected during the configuration wizard, then clicked back and selected Xero again.

  • Fixed a bug where Product Item Grouping imports wouldn't allow the Operating Company to be specified.

  • Fixed a bug where the Salesperson on Unleashed Orders wouldn't be synchronised into CRM if it was changed after the Order was initially imported.

  • Added a Product name limit of 50 characters to Products being pushed into Xero to match the limit of that system.

  • Updated the visibility of Product cost price fields to ensure that the updatable cost price is selectable in Excel imports.

  • Improved the handling of inconsequential data conflicts when marking Products as needing a stock recalculation.

  • Fixed a bug where pinned Activities would show as created by the User who pinned them.

  • Dropdowns on the Email Creation window now search when typed in.

  • Fixed a bug where Stripe would be selected as the default payment method for Operating Companies that don't have Stripe configured.

  • Fixed a bug where the Unleashed Sales Order Group import would only import the first page of groups.

  • Fixed a bug where the 'add to Campaign' option was missing from search Reports.

  • During login, the Workspace selection dropdown is now ordered alphabetically.

  • Fixed a bug where Tags would fail to show if customised into a CRM detail window.

  • Fixed a bug where a difference in Unleashed and CRM rounding methods would cause some Orders to be rejected.

  • The ability for a CRM that's migrated to Access Identity to manage a particular User via the CRM UI is now controlled by whether the User itself has migrated rather than the workspace as a whole. This will allow a migrated system to do things like unlicense Users that have yet to migrate via the CRM UI.
