🏭 FactoryMaster Integration (Preview)

A new integration to FactoryMaster is now available in Preview. Access FactoryMaster is an MRP (Material Requirements Planning) solution for small to medium-sized manufacturers, including those with ambitious growth plans.

🧙‍♂️ Magic Matrix UX Improvements

We've improved the user experience of the Magic Matrix with several enhancements logged and voted on via the Feedback Portal:

  1. Saving the selected categories, and re-selecting the same categories when the Magic Matrix is reloaded - meaning that users will no longer lose their preferences when refreshing or closing the page. Please note this is stored into the browser’s local storage, so will be saved on a per-user and per-machine basis.

  2. We've also increased the maximum number of selected categories to 20, allowing for broader and more complex analysis (especially on larger screen resolutions).

  3. Tidied up small parts of the layout to improve the user experience and maximise the layout of large amounts of data.

🐛 Other Enhancements & Fixes

  • Unleashed customer addresses can now be included in the two-way sync via an option in the Settings screen.

  • There's now an option to save a Quote address as an address on the customer when confirming a Quote.

  • Overselling warnings now work on a line by line basis for Quotes that aren't reserving stock (if the quantity on the line is greater than the total available).

  • A "Change card details" button has been added to the Billing page that will allow customers to email the Accounts team to change their card details.

  • You can now bulk update Opportunity Status.

  • Several fields have been added to the new record screens for some configuration list items.

  • Document template “Description” field has been renamed to “Name” and “Extended Description” renamed to "Description”.

  • Sequenced configuration lists now display obsolete values last rather than in sequence.

  • Fixed a UI glitch that caused the beamer banner to cover or push certain components off the page.

  • Removed some unnecessary API calls to improve performance.

  • Fixed a crash that could happen when removing Report groups.

  • Improved the performance of the OData pusher.

  • Fixed a bug where the Activity would sometimes show deleted notes.

  • Fixed a bug where Kanban Reports would switch modes when setting Tasks on records in the view.

  • Reduced the frequency of Mailchimp imports to every 30 minutes to try to avoid API request throttling.

  • Fixed some UI bugs with the Kanban grouping window’s initial state.

  • Fixed a bug on iOS where clicking off the Report filter window wouldn’t apply the filter unless focus was lost first.

  • Fixed several bugs with Report grouping by complex navigation properties causing groups to show no rows even when the count was greater than zero.

  • Fixed a couple of errors with the CMS Editor partial layouts screen.

  • Improved the handling of field names in some product system settings to ensure they always reflect the actual localised field name.

  • Removed the ability to attempt to rename components that cannot be renamed.

  • Added an autogenerated name to components that have no specific translation.

  • Fixed the Problem Pipeline component using the Opportunity Pipeline translation.

  • Fixed the delivery phone number not populating on the delivery details confirmation page.

  • Fixed an error when setting the Email Subscription status field.
