💰 Access Financials Integration (Preview)
Our Access Financials integration is now available to customers as a Public Preview integration. This initial version includes essential data sync including currencies, tax information, product details, inventory data, product prices, orders and invoices as well as the creation of orders in Financials from CRM Quotes. We're also providing basic integration with projects and cost centres in Access Financials, which can be assigned to Quote lines within the CRM. This project and cost centre info will also be pushed to Access Financials when confirmed.
Future updates (coming soon) will allow Access Financials accounts/sales ledgers to be created from the CRM when a new customer is signed up. We'll also be looking to expand our projects integration to allow new projects to be created via the CRM as well.
🪼 Reordering of Report Grouping & Summarization
We've enhanced the Report Builder interface by introducing the ability to reorder fields within the Groups and Summary sections and to rearrange the Report grouping. The updated user interface now allows users to conveniently drag and drop both individual fields and entire groups.
📄Product Documentation Links within the Quote Table
Users can already include Product documentation (held as files in the CRM Library) in Quotation documents, but the initial solution for this put these product documentation links into a separate table, typically below the main Quote table.
That layout is still available, however these Product links can now also be included directly within the Quote lines table in your Quotation Documents. These links can be displayed either as an addition row in the table, or as an extra column. The vertical alignment and full width options can also be customized.
If there are no product links for the quoted product(s) it won't be rendered in the table (to avoid just outputting empty boxes).
