In the CRM, there are settings to specify who can and cannot edit the notes in the Activity Feed. Users can edit their own entries, but editing time can be restricted for up to 10 minutes after they're made (so the user can correct a typo they spot immediately after adding a note, but cannot change the history of what happened last month!).
Just search the settings for "Activity & Note Editing" and choose the option that best suits your team.

Step 1: Open System Settings
First, use the Settings drop-down in the navigation bar and select 'System Settings'.
Step 2: Find the Setting
Using the search bar in the top right-hand corner, search for 'Activity & Note Editing' and hit enter. Or, to be taken straight there, click here!
Step 3: Choose Editing Preference
Here you can choose between a few options which will dictate the editing rules in your CRM.
