The User Activity page allows CRM users to look back at their own recent CRM activity, but importantly allows managers within the business to see the team's CRM activity. For example, as a Sales Manager, you may want to know what your Sales team have been working on recently before your daily morning meeting, so using the User Activity page, you could quickly review each CRM user.
