The User Activity page allows CRM users to look back at their own recent CRM activity, but importantly allows managers within the business to see the team's CRM activity. For example, as a Sales Manager, you may want to know what your Sales team have been working on recently before your daily morning meeting, so could have a quick review of what each CRM user has been up to.

How to View Own CRM Activity

Step 1: Go to Personal Settings

Click on your CRM Avatar (profile picture or initials) in the top right-hand corner of the CRM and select 'Personal Settings'.

Step 2: Select Activity

To view your own recent CRM activity, simply click on the 'Activity' page on the left-hand side. Here, you'll be able to see your recently accessed records, as well as things like Documents you've sent to customers and Tasks you've set.
