Please note: this feature is in Preview at the moment, which means we're still making a few tweaks here and there to make it even better. It also means that while all customers can benefit from the Outlook calendar integration right now, when it's out of Preview it may be restricted to certain subscriptions.

Prerequisites

  • You'll need Microsoft Admin rights in order to follow the steps in this article

  • You'll need CRM Admin rights in order to connect your Outlook calendar

Step 1: Navigate to the CRM Calendar

To navigate to your Calendar, click here or select 'Calendar' from the left-hand side navigation menu.

You'll be given the option to unlock the Calendar by connecting your account.

Select 'Connect with Microsoft 365' to start.

Step 2: Select a Microsoft Account

If you are already logged into a Microsoft 365 account then you'll be asked to select which account to connect. If you aren't logged in, this step will ask you to do so.

Step 3: Accept Permissions

For your Outlook calendar to display in the CRM, you must provide the CRM with access to your Outlook calendar. If you have any questions or concerns about the permissions requested please contact our Support team here or via email.

Once accepted, your CRM is now connected to your Outlook and you can starting using the CRM Calendar!
