Setting up Integration to Unleashed

It's quick and easy to set up integration to Unleashed, one of our Cloud Inventory Management partner Apps. Let us show you how...

Prerequisites

  • You'll need Unleashed Admin permissions in order to configure the integration using the following steps

  • You'll also need a CRM Free Trial - if you don't already have one go ahead and register at signup.prospect365.com

Step 1: Connect to Unleashed

In the Welcome page within your Free Trial account, the first section involves setting up your integration.

If the Welcome page isn't already open, then go to Settings, then click 'Continue Setup'. Alternatively, go directly to crm.prospect365.com/welcome.

To get up, select the 'Connect' button, and choose 'Unleashed' from the drop-down list.

Step 2: Find your Unleashed API keys

Now, copy and paste your ID and Key from Unleashed into the fields. These can be found in your Unleashed system as shown in the below screenshot. Please note, you only see these options when logged into Unleashed as the account owner. Typically this is the account you used when signing up for your Unleashed account.

Once you've pasted the ID and Key into the fields in the CRM, press the blue 'Next' button.

Step 3: Sit Back & Relax!

Once connected, you'll then see a message saying that your data is importing from Unleashed. Depending on how much data you have to import e.g. if you have lots of customers, products and sales history, it'll take a little longer. 

Checking the Status of your Integration

There's nothing more you need to do. Your data will be available shortly, and when it is, we'll add a few more links to your Welcome page to get you started.
