This article outlines the standard Product Reports available within the CRM.

In the CRM, there are a range of standard Reports to get you started when analysing and managing your CRM data.

The Product Report group includes all standard Reports covering product-related CRM records.

All Products

The 'All Products' Report lists all the products by name and SKU, as well as the price and quantity available on the CRM. The purpose of this Report is to help identify and compare active and obsolete stock across the whole CRM.

This Report includes all listed products, including those that are historical and obsolete.

All Sellable Products

The 'All Sellable Products' Report lists all the active products by name and SKU, as well as the price and quantity available on the CRM. The purpose of this Report is to help identify and compare active stock across the whole CRM.

This Report doesn't include historical and obsolete products.

Products by Available Stock

The 'Products by Available Stock' Report lists all products recorded in your CRM by Name and SKU against the quantity available, quantity overcommitted, and total available. The purpose of this Report is to identify the quantity of sellable stock available, so you can avoid overcommitment.

Product Item Search

The 'Product Item Search' Report lists all products recorded in your CRM by Name and SKU that aren't obsolete. Using the 'Search Products' search bar at the top of the Report, you can search for keywords to find specific products in your inventory.

Sellable Products Not Sold

The 'Sellable Products Not Sold' Report lists all products that haven't been associated with a sales transaction within the last year by Name and SKU. The purpose of this Report is to display items in your inventory that are overstocked, so you can identify which products need to be pushed to your customers and involved in an awareness campaign.

You can adjust the time in which products haven't been sold by filtering the Report (simply click the three dots in the top, right-hand corner and select 'Filter').

Products with No Images

The 'Products with no Images' Report lists all products that don't have a Main image associated with it. The purpose of this Report is to help you can manage your Products and identify products without images so you can go and add some. This is particularly helpful for eCommerce customers to make sure all products displayed on your website have an image associated with it.

Top Tip: In any Products Report, the red triangle next to the SKU indicates it's an obsoleted product.
