In the CRM, there are a range of standard Reports to get you started when analysing and managing your CRM data.

The Marketing Report group includes all standard Reports covering marketing-related CRM records.

Active Campaign Activities

The 'Active Campaign Activities' Report lists all the Campaigns that have been launched and are still active.

The aim of this Report it to help identify all active Campaigns that have been sent to customers and prospective customers. While the Report shows you all active Campaigns, you can alter the default filters to only show campaigns sent over a certain period of time (simply click the three dots on the right-hand side of the Reports and select 'Filters').

All Campaign Activities

The 'Active Campaign Activities' Report lists all the Campaigns that have been launched, whether they're active or not.

The aim of this Report it to help identify all Campaigns that have been sent to customers and prospective customers. While the Report shows you all Campaigns, you can alter the default filters to only show Campaigns sent over a certain period of time (simply click the three dots on the right-hand side of the Reports and select 'Filters').

Campaigns

The 'Campaigns' Report allows you to search for any Campaign that has been documented in the CRM.

Customers by RFM Segment

The 'Customers by RFM Segment' Report allows you to filter by RFM Segment and lists all Companies that have been assigned to that category.

The aim of this Report is to help identify Customers by their RFM category. The default filters display all Customers and their RFM Segment, but you can alter the filters to only display certain RFM Segments and the customers that have been assigned to that category (simply click the three dots on the right-hand side of the Reports and select 'Filters').

Enquiries

The 'Enquiries' Report allows you to search for any Enquiry that has been logged in the CRM.

Enquiry Forms

The 'Enquiry Forms' Report lists all the Enquiry Web Forms that have been logged in the CRM.

Opportunities by Source

The 'Opportunities by Source' Reports lists all the Opportunities and their Source that have been logged in the CRM in the last 30 days.

The purpose of this Report is to identify what Source led to an Opportunity being logged in the CRM. If 30 days is too recent or too long for your business, you can change this within the Filters. At the top of the Report you have a summary displaying the Certain Value Total, Likely Value Total, and Optimistic Value Total.
