Standard Reports

Where to find useful CRM Reports to make the most of your data.

In the CRM, there are several pre-made Reports to get you started when analysing and managing your CRM data.

When the standard reports available don't provide the data you need, have a go at building your own, with the Report Builder.


People & Places Reports

The People & Places Report group include all standard Reports covering CRM records related to Contacts and Companies:

  • New Contacts

  • Contacts

  • New Companies

  • Companies

  • Companies Near UK Postcode


Products Reports

The Products Report group includes all standard Reports covering product-related CRM records:

  • All Products

  • All Sellable Products

  • No Available Stock

  • Product Item Search

  • Products with no images

  • Products by Available Stock

  • Sellable Products Not Sold

  • Top Products

  • Products with No Images

Marketing Reports

The Marketing Reports group includes all standard Reports covering marketing-related CRM records:

  • Active Campaign Activities

  • All Campaign Activities

  • Campaigns

  • Customers by RFM Segment (Preview)

  • Enquiries (Preview)

  • Enquiry Forms (Preview)

  • Opportunities by Source

Sales Reports

The Sales Report group includes all standard Reports covering sales-related CRM records:

  • All Open Opportunities

  • All Opportunities - Referrals

  • Closed New Business (This Month)

  • Customers Not Ordered in a Year

  • Customers who bought X but not Y

  • Decreasing Revenue

  • Increasing Revenue

  • New & Returning Customers

  • New Online Orders

  • New Opportunities

  • New Orders

  • Open Opportunities by Status

  • Opportunities

  • Predicted Churn Alerts (Preview)

  • Quotes & Orders

  • Sales Pipeline (This Month)

Service Reports

The Service Reports group includes all standard Reports that cover CRM records related to customer service:

  • All Open Problems

  • All Problems

  • New Problems

  • Open Problems by Status

  • Problems

  • Problems open for too long

Other Reports

The Other Reports Group includes Reports in the Shared Reports group.

All Reports

The All Reports group compiles all Reports - no matter what group they are in - into one, centralised place. You can also move through the following tabs:

  • Recent: Reports you accessed lately

  • Frequent: Reports you use day in, day out

  • Popular: Reports that are not just used a lot by you, but by other CRM users in your company (excludes 'My Reports')

  • New: Reports sorted by created date (most recent at the top)

  • Search: All Reports (even Shared Reports) and is searchable so you can filter the list down to find the one you're looking for

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: if you've clicked on a specific Report Group like Sales Reports (rather than Shared Reports), you'll still get the above tabs, but the results under each tab will be filtered to that Report Group only i.e. only the salesy-based Reports like Quotes, Orders & Opportunities.
