In the CRM, there are a range of standard Reports to get you started when analysing and managing your CRM data.

The People & Places Report group includes all standard Reports covering CRM records related to Contacts and Companies.

Companies

The 'Companies' Report lists all of the Company records that are stored in your CRM. You can use this Report to search for Companies and change the filters to only display Companies that fit certain criteria (simply click the three dots on the right-hand side of the Reports and select 'Filters').

Companies Near UK Postcode

The 'Companies Near UK Postcode' Report lists all Companies within a specified distance from the named postcode. This Report allows you to input a postcode and define the proximity in miles from the specified location.

This Report displays the Company and distance alongside some other useful data such as Account Manager, RFM Segment and Days Since Last order, so you can monitor the activity of Companies stored in your CRM.

Contacts

The 'Contacts' Report lists all Contacts that are stored in your CRM. You can use this Report to search for Contacts and change the filters to only display Contacts that fit certain criteria (simply click the three dots on the right-hand side of the Reports and select 'Filters').

New Companies

The 'New Companies' Report lists all Companies that have been recorded in your CRM in the last 7 days. The number of days can be adjusted, so you can view Companies created within a time period of your choice (simply click the three dots on the right-hand side of the Reports and select 'Filters').
