Displaying the Unleashed delivery name and delivery address helps CRM users easily view the destination of the order within Sales Reports.
Step 1: Navigate to a Company
Begin by navigating to a Company in the CRM, and click on the 'Sales Transactions' page on the left-hand side.
Step 2: Select Fields
Click the further options menu (three dots in the top right-hand corner), and click on 'Select Fields'. This will bring up a list of fields that you could add as columns to your Report.
Click on 'Show More' next to Sales Transaction, then scroll down until you reach Sales Order. Click 'Show More' next to Sales Order.
Step 3: Select the Delivery Fields
Under Sales Order, make sure to select the following fields:
Delivery Name
Delivery Address Line 1 - 5
Delivery Postcode
Delivery Country
Then continue by clicking 'Submit' - this will add the delivery fields as columns in the Sales Transactions page.
Step 5: Save Changes
To make sure these fields stay in the Sales Transactions page, press the save button in the top right-hand corner.
