Sage 50 has the following cost price options. Select which cost price you'd like to import into Prospect - this will be used when calculating margins:

  • Average Cost Price

  • Last Cost Price (Standard)

  • Last Cost Price (Discounted)

Prerequisites

  • You'll need CRM Admin rights in order to follow the steps in this article

Step 1: Go to the Settings Centre

Head to the System Settings in the navigation menu of the CRM.

Step 2: Enabling Settings

In the search bar, search for 'Contracts' and hit enter.

You'll need to select the 'Enable' button in order for it to appear in your system.

For Equipment, simply follow the same steps above, but search for 'Equipment' instead, then select 'Enable'.

Step 2: Search for 'Cost Price'

In the search bar, search for 'Cost Price'.

Step 3: Select Default Cost Price

Simply select which type of cost price you wish to import - this will be used for calculating margins within the CRM.
