System Settings Availability

Not all system settings are available for all ERP system integrations. If you can't find a system setting then it isn't currently available for your integration.

System settings are a powerful tool that allow you to customize your ERP system integration to fit your business needs. However, it's important to note that not all system settings are available for all integrations. This is because each integration is unique and may require different settings to function properly.

Email & Communications

Budget Authorisation Email Template

Description: Configure the email template that will be automatically used when sending budget authorisation emails to customers.

How to Configure:

Default Email Template

Description: Set the default email template that will be used when CRM users send emails without selecting a specific template.

Default Reply To Email Address

Description: Specify the email address to use as the default reply-to when emails are sent automatically by the system.

Order Confirmation Email

Description: Configure the email template and status trigger for order confirmation emails sent to customers.

Status Options:

  • User/Customer Acceptance: Send when order is accepted

  • In accounts/ERP: Send when order is confirmed in accounting system

System Document Saving Email Address

Description: Email address for saving documents directly to the CRM from your email inbox.

How to Configure:

  2. Copy the provided inbox address for forwarding/BCC emails

Email Signature

Description: Centrally manage email signatures for brand consistency across all users.

Quote Expiry Default Days

Description: Set the default number of days that quotes remain valid when first created.

Quote & Order Statuses

Description: Configure the different statuses that quotes and orders can have as they progress through your sales process.

Default Quote & Order Prefixes

Description: Set unique prefixes for quote and order IDs to help identify record types.

Options Available:

  • Quote ID Prefix: Default prefix for quote records

Manual Delivery Charge Entry

Description: Control who can manually enter delivery charges instead of using automatic calculations.

Options:

  • Administrators: Only admin users can enter manual charges

  • All Users: All users can enter manual charges

  • Disabled: Manual entry is not allowed

Place Orders On Hold

Description: Determine whether orders should be automatically placed on hold when confirmed into your accounting system.

Options:

  • Not On Hold: Orders proceed normally

  • On Hold: Orders are automatically placed on hold

Default Value for On Hold Bespoke Processing

Description: Set the default "on hold pending bespoke processing" value for new quotes/orders when using webhooks, APIs, or external processing.

Default Price & Discount Recalculation

Description: Set whether 'Recalculate Pricing and Discounts' is checked by default when copying/duplicating quote lines.

Options:

  • Enabled: Automatically recalculate prices

Quote Line Grouping Feature (Preview)

Description: Enable grouping of quote lines in both CRM UI and documents.

Description: Set the initial ID number that quotes and sales orders will begin from.

Description: Require users to enter quantities when creating quotes or orders from templates.

Options:

  • Enabled: Users must enter quantities and prices recalculate

Quote and Order Lines Minimum Margin Percentage

Description: Set minimum margin percentage with warnings for below-minimum margins.

Share Public Notes with Customers

Description: Enable users to mark individual notes as public or private when you have a customer portal integration.

Allow Splitting of Packs on Customer Portal

Description: Set the default behavior for whether customers can purchase individual units from packs online.

Options:

  • Can buy individual units: Customers can split packs

  • Must buy a whole pack: Customers must purchase complete packs

Individual/Shared Web Baskets

Description: Configure whether customer contacts have individual baskets or share them within their division.

Options:

  • Individual Baskets: Each contact has their own basket

  • Shared Baskets: Contacts share baskets within their division

  • Specify by Customer: Configure on a per-customer basis

Web Basket Price Expiry Period

Description: Set how many days before prices in web baskets are automatically recalculated.

Default Product Visibility in Customer Portal

Description: Set the default visibility settings for products when they are imported from your ERP system.

Options:

  • Visible: Products are visible and purchasable

  • Not Visible: Products are hidden from customers

  • Visible but hide 'Add to Basket' button: Products are visible but not purchasable

  • Visible but hide Price and 'Add to Basket' button: Products are visible without pricing

Default Editability of Quotes via Customer Portal

Description: Control whether customers can edit quote lines when quotes are sent to the customer portal.

Options:

  • Prevent editing: Customers cannot modify quote lines

  • Allow editing: Customers can edit quote lines

URL for Previewing Products on Your eCommerce Site

Description: Set the URL that loads your product detail page on your eCommerce site.
