In Cin7 Omni you have the option to set up a cost price tier. You can then set your CRM Workspace to use one of these price tiers as the default cost price tier for your products. This is then used to give you more accurate margin analysis when quoting.
Prerequisites
You'll need CRM Admin rights in order to follow the steps in this article
Step 1: Go to System Settings
First, head to 'Settings' then select 'System Settings' from the navigation menu.
Step 2: Search for Cost Price
Search for 'cost price' or 'Default Cost Price for Cin7 Omni Products'.
Step 3: Set the name of the Price Tier in Cin7
You can now populate the setting with the name of the Cin7 Price Tier that you'd like to be used as the default cost price for your products.
Note: The Price Tier name entered in the System Setting must be an exact match of the Price Tier name in Cin7 Omni.
