The CRM Library enables you to upload files to your CRM so they can be easily referenced by the team. In this article, we'll be focusing on how to attach the files uploaded to the CRM Library to email templates.
Please note: This article assumes you've already uploaded your files to the CRM Library, so if you've not done so, please click here to see how to upload your files.

You'll need CRM Admin rights in order to follow the steps in this article

Step 1: Navigate to Document Template Configure Option
To configure Document Templates, navigate to System Settings > Emails & Documents or click here. This link will take you to a list of your current document templates.
Step 2: Edit the Required Template & Attach CRM Library Files
Click the pencil icon for the email template you wish to attach CRM Library files to.
Clicking this pen icon will open a sidebar. Click the plus button in the Attach Files section to select the CRM Library Files you'd like to attach.
Step 3: Locating CRM Library Files to Attach
By clicking the plus button, the CRM Library will open. You can now search for and locate the required files to attach.
Hint: use the search function rather than navigating through your file structure.
Step 4: Saving a CRM Library File Attachment
Simply select the file you wish to attach and click 'Create' to attach the file to the email template. Repeat this process until you've attached all the required files.
