Reports and certain lists of information can be exported from the CRM into Excel quickly and easily to give you a further insight into your data.
Prerequisites
You'll need Export Lists rights to be able to do this. Your permissions can be set in User Management.
Step 1: Go to a Record
In this example, we'll be exporting all of the Opportunities under a particular Contact. By clicking on the further options (three dots), select the 'Export to Excel' option from the drop-down.
Step 2: Open or Save the Excel File
You'll then be given the option simply open the Excel file or save the file if you'd like to view the file at a later date. Choose your preferred option and click 'OK'.
