Exporting Configure Lists to Excel

This article outlines how to export configure lists to excel within the CRM.

You may find it useful to export configure lists to Excel when maintaining and administering the CRM. For example, you may need to export a list of your current Opportunity statuses to Excel for administration purposes. 


  • You'll need CRM Administrator rights to follow the steps in this article

Step 1: Go to Settings Centre

Step 2: Navigate to Sales in Settings

Once within the Settings Centre, navigate to the Sales page and find the Opportunity Statuses section.

By choosing 'Click to Configure' under Opportunity Statuses, you can then click on the further options menu (three dots) located in the top right-hand corner.

Step 2: Export to Excel

Select 'Export to Excel' from the drop-down list and your configure list will then be exported to Excel. Your Excel file will be available to save and open from your web browser's Downloads section.
