👤 User Filtering on Customisable Dashboards

Customisable dashboards now include a user filter dropdown, enabling managers to switch the view to any team member's data. When a user is selected, the Task List, Recent Records, Assigned Records and other user-specific content on the dashboard automatically update to show that person's data.

Key behaviours:

  • The dropdown defaults to the current user's own data

  • Administrators can select any user from the list; non admin users will only see their own data

  • The filtering is applied to all reports and report tiles that have a user-based filter set to the [Current User]

  • Default KPI tiles and charts that are customisable on the dashboard are not affected by this filter

  • Goals tiles can also update to reflect the selected user when they use [Current User]

  • The selected user persists between sessions, per dashboard

⚡Automation Workflows - Enhancements and Fixes

We appreciate all the feedback we’ve recently received from our customers and internal stakeholders. Your input directly informs our improvements, and we’re actively incorporating it to make Automation Workflows intuitive and easy to use.

Following the UI enhancements introduced in the previous release, here are our latest updates:

  • Report filters can now be applied to Quote Chase flows, enabling users to target specific subsets of quotes (e.g. high-value quotes)

  • Trigger cards now display a human-readable summary of any applied report filters, making workflow logic easier to understand at a glance

  • Delay steps now enforce a maximum of 365 days, and the UI display for delay configuration has been corrected

  • Inconsistent node spacing on the workflow canvas has been resolved for a cleaner editing experience

🐛 Other Fixes and Enhancements

  • We’ve added a Month-to-Date comparison tile to the Company ‘At a Glance’ section. The tile shows current-period figures versus the same period in the previous month, with trend up/down indicators - providing a shorter-term view of account activity alongside the existing 365-day tile

  • Company names in Global Search results are now clickable, allowing users to navigate directly to the Company record without an additional step

  • The 'Add Tile' breadcrumb label in customisable dashboards has been renamed to 'Select tile type' to better reflect the action being taken

  • Fixed a bug that could cause some queries for import data to look at the wrong data center, causing performance issues

  • Fixed a bug where adding a full-sized report tile to a dashboard caused a layout formatting issue in edit mode

  • Fixed a bug that prevented some programmatic tabs on the Product Item record from being customised by administrators

  • Fixed a bug where Goals linked to demo data caused errors when demo data was removed

  • Fixed a bug where creating a product with invalid characters in the data fields would cause errors

  • Fixed a bug where switching email templates in the email editor appended the new template body to the existing content, rather than replacing it

  • Fixed a bug where the 'Create Sub Quote' button on an Opportunity silently did nothing when Quote creation had been disabled for that entity

  • Fixed a bug where QuickBooks Online imports could fail when a tax code had no associated rates

  • Fixed a bug where bulk tag additions would incorrectly apply the tag to the parent entity, or crash, instead of the intended record

  • Fixed a bug where a corrupted or invalid custom report version blocked the option to reset the report back to its default state

  • Fixed a bug where addresses containing only a single comma caused the formatting function to error

  • Fixed an issue that caused links to appear underlined when viewing a page in print preview

  • Fixed incorrect spacing on Goals and grouped KPIs dashboard tiles

  • Improved Xero supplementary sales ledger loading to handle high-volume exceptions gracefully, preventing sync failures for customers with large data sets

  • Fixed a bug where reports versions could occasionally go missing during version upgrades
