📊 Reports - A Redesigned Creation Experience

We’ve completely redesigned the report creation experience to make building and customising reports faster, clearer, and more accessible for all users.

What’s new?

  • Guided starting point - A new entry screen helps you get started with two clear options:

    • Use a Template - Browse a searchable, filterable library of system and personal reports. Preview sample data before selecting, then either run the report instantly or customise it further.

    • Start from Scratch - Build a report step-by-step using a structured four-stage wizard (Record Types, Fields, Filters, Group & Summarise).

  • Live data previews - Template selection includes a preview of sample data, helping you quickly confirm you’ve chosen the correct report before making changes.

  • Step-by-step guidance - A new progress indicator keeps you oriented throughout the report-building process, showing exactly where you are and what comes next.

  • Easier for all users - Whether you’re new to reporting or an experienced user, the improved experience removes complexity and simplifies decision-making.

đŸ§‘â€đŸ’» Personalised Email Signatures & Templates

You can now automatically include user profile images in email signatures and documents, helping every communication feel more personal.

What’s new?

  • Dynamic user avatars - Include the sender’s profile image in email signatures or HTML document templates by using the new avatar merge field. Choose from the default image sizes or specify a custom size by entering your preferred dimensions in the format {User.Avatar:N}.

  • Works for every user automatically - The correct profile photo is automatically applied based on who sends the email, no need for individual templates.

  • A more personal touch - Customers can immediately recognise who they’re hearing from.

This enhancement helps your team present a more human, consistent presence in every customer interaction.

⚡Automation Workflows - Additional Triggers

Based on valuable feedback from customers using our in-app Feedback Sentiment feature, we’ve enhanced Automation Workflows to help you respond faster and streamline key processes from the moment data enters your CRM.

What’s new?

  • New workflow triggers - You can now start automation workflows when:

    • A Company is created

    • A Contact is created

These triggers allow you to automatically kick off onboarding workflows, send notifications, or initiate follow-up actions as soon as new records are added, without any manual intervention.

🐛 Other Fixes and Enhancements

  • Sales Ledger Import - Added support for importing Sales Ledger records.

  • Product Categories Import - Product Categories can now be imported via Excel.

  • Excel Data Updates - All detail record types can now be updated via Excel import, reducing the manual effort required for bulk data maintenance.

  • Sales Ledger Stats - Added a "Last Year's Sales" figure calculated by financial year to Sales Ledger records, giving account managers an at-a-glance view of a customer’s annual spend for more informed conversations.

  • Cin7 Omni - Payment Terms are now imported from Cin7 Omni and stored against the relevant records in the CRM, ensuring sales teams always see up-to-date payment information without manual entry.

  • Reports - Added a tooltip to the reports dropdown to make default available reports easier to discover.

  • UI/UX - The Intercom help button has been repositioned slightly higher so it no longer obscures the "Next" button in multi-step wizards such as the report builder.

  • Quotes - Fixed a bug causing occasional duplicate quote records which resulted in data inconsistencies and confusion for sales users working on active opportunities.

  • Quotes - Fixed an issue where the default quote expiry setting could be configured with a negative number of days, which could lead to incorrect expiry date calculations.

  • Dashboards - Fixed an issue where Sales Ledger Stats dashboard tiles showed zero values on the first day of each month, which could mislead managers when reviewing performance at the start of a new period.

  • Dashboards - Fixed an issue where "At a Glance" tiles on Company Group records were not deduplicating Sales Ledgers, leading to inflated figures being shown to users.

  • Automation Workflows - Fixed a bug where a workflow containing a Task with a description longer than 1,000 characters would fail to load, breaking the workflow builder for some customers.

  • Unleashed - Fixed a bug where the Product Item import and update process was overwriting the Web Catalogue field with its default value, inadvertently removing products from the customer-facing ecommerce sites.

  • Unleashed - Fixed an issue where the Default Customer Warehouse was not being applied to Web Orders and Web Order Lines, causing orders to be created against the wrong warehouse.

  • Unleashed - Fixed a BOM (Bill of Materials) import failure caused by a customer not having access to that feature on their subscription tier.

  • Cin7 Core (DEAR Inventory) - Fixed a bug where batches with a null or empty Bin location were not being summed correctly during the StockByBin import, leading to inaccurate stock level data.

  • Cin7 Core (DEAR Inventory) - Fixed a timezone issue where "Ship by" and "Invoice due" dates were not being correctly shifted to the system's local timezone, causing date discrepancies for customers in non-UTC regions.

  • Xero - Fixed an incorrect currency handling bug that caused margin and margin percentage figures to be miscalculated when supplier costs were recorded in a non-home currency.

  • Dimensions - Fixed a performance issue where the Warehouse query was timing out due to a database optimisation problem, causing delays or failures when selecting warehouses on documents.

  • Library - Fixed a bug where the "Public" flag could not be edited via bulk actions, preventing administrators from efficiently managing the visibility of shared library items.

  • Sales Ledgers - Fixed a bug where the Sales Ledgers tab on a company record did not allow assigning a Sales Ledger on a per-operating-company basis for multi-opco systems.

  • CMS - Fixed a bug where 503 error pages were not rendering the configured custom error page, instead showing a blank or default response to website visitors.

  • CMS - Fixed a bug where the Product Item plugin was not checking the Web Catalogue field when running in variations mode, causing variation products to be incorrectly excluded from the storefront.

  • CMS - Fixed an issue where staging domains for prospect365 systems were not being correctly identified, which could affect preview and staging behaviour.

  • CMS - Fixed a crash in the Stripe plugin caused by a plugin loading order issue; the plugin no longer crashes when it initialises before the articles plugin.

  • CMS - Fixed a bug where the Product Attribute Filter Plugin was not correctly filtering out obsolete attributes, meaning stale filter options were visible to customers on the storefront.
