đŸȘ™ Enhanced Access Financials Integration

We’re excited to announce that our integration with Access Financials is now even better! You can now seamlessly import both Suppliers and Purchase Orders directly into your CRM, making your workflow smoother and more efficient.

💳 Additional Payment Options for CRM Quote to Order Workflow

It's not possible to use Apple Pay and Google Pay in the CRM’s Quote to Order workflow. This enhances our already existing Stripe integration to support additional payment providers, specifically Apple Pay and Google Pay.

📅 Enhancements to New Calendar & Tasks

  • We’ve enhanced the UI of the Tasks List cards to help users quickly identify the parent record type and associated Company for each Task.

  • We’ve added the ability to mention users in the description and outcome of a Task.

  • Users can now create a new Task directly from the mini-create dropdown menu, with the parent record automatically prefilled.

  • The current day is now highlighted in the Calendar list view, ensuring consistency across all devices and screen sizes.

🐛 Other Enhancements & Fixes

  • The Owner field is now always visible on the Problem page within the Status section, and changes to the Owner are logged in the Activity Timeline with email notifications sent to the new Owner if they are not the current User.

  • Users can now import customer actions from Mailchimp’s Automation-Email type campaigns directly into our CRM. This update ensures any emails sent via these campaigns are seamlessly reflected, giving our users a complete view of their customer interactions.

  • We’ve added support for the QuickBooks ‘Tax Exempt’ checkbox, ensuring customers with this flag are assigned to a new tax-exempt tax band during imports and that this status is correctly reflected in both the CRM and QuickBooks.

  • We’ve updated our Factory Master integration to import the Unit of Measure (UOM) field into the CRM.

  • The “Resolve duplicate email” popup now includes the division name next to the contact’s name, helping users distinguish between Contacts with the same name.

  • We’ve moved the navigation buttons on records to improve the consistency of their position and prevent accidental misclicks.

  • Users can now click on Tags in reports to toggle whether the Tag name is visible.

  • We’ve updated the Sage dropdown to display the version alongside the year to reduce confusion.

  • Fixed an issue with some dashboard reports not being able to be favourited.

  • Fixed an issue with the number of results shown by the sales leaderboards.

  • Fixed an issue with Sales Orders against customers with no default Company not appearing in the “unassigned” value of Sales Order by Account Manager cube.

  • Fixed Carriage not being added to the order total in PO word tables.

  • Fixed a bug where systems connected to Access Dimensions would repeatedly convert prices on foreign currency Quotes every time the price was changed.

  • Improved matching of RFM by delivery address by ignoring whitespace inconsistencies.

  • Fixed a crash when adding files containing special characters to the Library.

  • Improved the performance of the Growth Engine stats procedure.

  • Fixed an error caused by incorrect rounding during Cin7 Core order confirmation.

  • Updated Stripe webhook handling to cope with any Stripe API version.
