đŠ Save to CRM Contact Creation
Weâve enhanced our Save to CRM add-in for Outlook and Gmail to enable the creation of Contact records directly from your email. Previously, this process required manual entry within the CRM, but now you can seamlessly create Contacts without leaving your inbox. Additionally, the add-ins support creating new Companies, ensure all required fields are populated, and alert you if the email address already exists in the CRM.
đ Automatic Equipment Creation (FactoryMaster)
Itâs now possible to mark Products in the CRM as requiring Equipment creation when using FactoryMaster. When a Sales Order with such a Product is imported from FactoryMaster, an associated Equipment item will be automatically created in the CRM. This Equipment item will include the Serial Number and Invoice Number assigned in FactoryMaster, helping you track your equipment more effectively.
đł Customer Choice for Payment Methods on Quote-to-Order Workflow
Weâve improved the Quote-to-Order workflow by allowing your customers to select their preferred Payment Method. When the new âCustomer Choiceâ option is set, they'll see a âPay On Accountâ button in addition to the existing Stripe button in the Customer Portal.
âď¸ Manage Custom Fields in System Settings
We've implemented a new System Setting that allows you to fully manage your Custom Fields all in one place! Centralising Custom Fields makes it an easier process to review your fields and make any changes needed, but you can still access them via a Report or the Customiser. Find this System Setting here.

Standard document text has been added to the Word Add-in.
You can now disable word wrap for long text fields in Reports.
If Goals are enabled, you can now see a customerâs sales performance against those Goals in the analysis tab.
Line discount is imported against Sales Transaction lines for Unleashed.
Comments are now imported against Sales Orders for Unleashed.
Updated the action button icons in table rows for a cleaner UI.
Reports now include the entity name in the title during Report creation.

Mapping a custom Enquiry dropdown to a value that can't be present in the dropdown no longer errors the entire Enquiry submission and stores the data in the Enquiry Web Form block (even though the setting of the custom dropdown itself will fail).
Fixed a bug where saving Web Baskets would fail to recalculate tax correctly for duplicate lines.
Fixed a bug where removing fields in alternate layouts would cause them to be re-added next time it's updated.
The Access Dimensions Order status can now be set when confirming an Order. (Requires updated Automation Manager)
The delivery address is now imported on Sales Orders from Access Dimensions. (Requires updated Automation Manager)
