Images can be included within your email signature. You can either:

  • Copy and paste an image into the signature editor

  • Insert an image via a URL

To insert an image into your signature template using a URL:

  1. Set the image to "Public" for the system to generate a hyperlink.

  2. Then, add the image into a template as an embedded image, using 'Email Embed URL'.

  3. Click here to choose which signature to edit or create a new one.

  4. Select the image icon along the icon menu, and paste the copied link from the CRM Library into the URL box.

  5. From here you can also edit the size of the image if required.

Troubleshooting and Best Practices

  • If recipients do not see the image, it may be due to their email client settings blocking images by default. Encourage recipients to check their client settings or manually permit the image download.

  • Ensure that the HTML for the signature includes explicit height and width attributes for images to render properly across clients.

  • Always test your email signature across multiple email clients, such as Outlook and Gmail, to ensure proper formatting and image display.
