Control how the CRM calculates your data, at any time, by setting your financial year. This will help any reporting fields which use the financial year in calculations provide accurate data, as well as filtering by financial year.
Prerequisites
You'll need CRM Admin Rights in order to follow the steps in this article
Step 1: Navigate to System Settings
Click here to navigate to System Settings or search for 'Financial Year' in System Settings.
Step 2: Set the start of your Financial Year
You can choose, from the drop-down, which calendar month you'd like your financial year to start on. This will update any reporting fields which use the financial year.
Please Note: It can take up to 24 hours for the financial year to update.
