Prerequisites
You'll need Access Financials Admin permissions in order to configure the integration using the following steps
You'll need your CRM User to use the same email address as your Access Financials Admin email address
You'll need a CRM Free Trial - if you don't already have one go ahead and register at signup.prospect365.com
Step 1: Connect to Access Financials
In the Welcome page within your Free Trial account, the first section involves setting up your integration.
If the Welcome page isn't already open, then go to Settings, then click 'Continue Setup'. Alternatively, go directly to crm.prospect365.com/welcome.
To get up, select the 'Connect' button, and choose 'Access Financials' from the drop-down list.
Step 2: Sit Back & Relax!
The CRM will now try and auto-connect to your Access Financials system using your email address. Once it has successfully found your Access Financials instance, the integration will get started!
In the case that your email address for the CRM is not the same as your Access Financials admin email address, the CRM will notify you with an error message.

Checking the Status of your Integration
There's nothing more you need to do. Your data will be available shortly, and when it is, we'll add a few more links to your Welcome page to get you started.
