Changing QuickBooks Online Order Type

Decide how CRM orders are confirmed into QuickBooks Online, either as an Invoice or Accepted Estimates.

Prerequisites

  • You'll need to have your CRM integrated with QuickBooks Online

  • You'll need CRM Admin rights in order to follow the steps in this article

Step 1: Go to System Settings

Head to 'Settings' and select 'System Settings', then search for "estimates" in the search bar. You'll then see the QuickBooks Confirmed Order Entity Type setting.

Step 2: Select the Order Type

Depending on how you want your CRM orders to be confirmed into your QuickBooks Online account, select either for the orders to be confirmed as Accepted Estimates or as Invoices.
