Determine which default address stored within the CRM are used to populate the delivery address. The delivery address is found on Quotes and Orders, so it's important to select the correct default that works best for your business. You can choose from the following options:
Leave Blank
Use Company Address
Use Contact Address
Use Sales Ledger Address
Use Sales Ledger Delivery Address

You'll need CRM Admin rights in order to follow the steps in this article
Step 1: Go to System Settings
Click on 'Settings' in the navigation menu, and select 'System Settings'.
Step 2: Search System Settings & Select Preferred Default Address
Using the search, type in 'Delivery Address' and hit enter. Here, you'll find the 'Automatically Populate Delivery Address on Quotes' setting. Simply select your preferred default address that will populate the delivery address on Quotes and Orders.
