Editing Email Quote Tables

Learn how to edit an Email Quote Table in Prospect to then send to your customers.

Understand the various ways you can edit your Quote Table, so the design is in line with your company's branding.

Prerequisites

  • You'll need CRM Admin rights in order to follow the steps in this article

Step 1: Navigate to Settings

In the navigation menu, go to 'Settings', then select 'System Settings'.

Step 2: Find Email Quote in Settings

Using the search, type in 'Email Quote' and hit enter.

This will show you a list of available features that you can edit on the table. The elements of the quote you're able to edit include:

  • Email Quote Header Background

  • Email Quote Header Text Colour

  • Email Quote Lines Background

  • Email Quote Table Border

  • Email Quote Lines Text Colour

Simply type in the hexadecimal (also known as HEX) colour into the field you'd like to edit.

Examples

Editing Email Quote Header Background

In this example, we've edited the Quote header background colour to a bright blue shade (HEX code: #0000ff).

When we then navigate to a Quote and select the Basic Email Quote, the table has automatically updated to apply the blue shade to the header background. You can see the changes have applied automatically in the image below.

Email Quote Header Text Colour

In this example, we've edited the Quote header text colour to white (HEX code: #FFFFF), so it stands out more on the blue header.

You can see the changes have applied automatically in the image below.

Email Quote Lines Background

In this example, we've edited the email Quote lines background colour to an aqua/blue shade (HEX code: #add8e6), so it stands out against the blue header above.

You can see the changes have applied automatically in the image below.

Email Quote Table Border

In this example, we've edited the email Quote table border to colour to white (HEX code: #FFFFF).

You can see the changes have applied automatically in the image below.

Email Quote Lines Text Colour

In this example, we've edited the email Quote lines text colour to a pink shade (HEX code: #ffb6c1).

You can see the changes have applied automatically in the image below.
