Please note: At ProspectSoft, we use Release Rings to systematically roll out new features to users in a way that minimises risk. This means that new updates aren't rolled out to every user on the day they're shipped. Instead, new versions are gradually delivered to a small percentage of customers each day within our specified Release Rings. 📚 QuickBooks Online MVP Publicly Available
QuickBooks Online (not to be confused with QuickBooks Commerce) is now available as a primary accounting system connection. As with all new integrations, we'll be taking feedback and making improvements in future versions.
📅 Update existing CRM records with the Data Importer
Previously the Data Importer could be used to import entirely new records, but wasn't able to update existing records in the CRM. But, in this update the Data Importer can also be used to export and update CRM Company Group, Company & Contact records. This feature is accessed via the report menu with a new "Update via Excel" option. This option only appears on reports of the relevant entities. This allows you to download an Excel spreadsheet of the records included in that Report, amend the data, and then upload the spreadsheet to modify those records.
