Within Unleashed, there's a drop-down field called Customer Type on the customer account records. Many Unleashed customers use this to help segment customers. As a result, we import the Customer Type into Prospect CRM which can be displayed on the customer's Company within the CRM.
As this is an Unleashed specific field, only Unleashed customers can use this field which is why you'll need to add it to the record layout using the CRM Customiser.
Step 1: Accessing the Customiser
To add in the Customer Type field, firstly navigate to a Company. Click the further options menu (three dots) located in the top right-hand corner, and select 'Customise' from the drop-down.
Step 2: Add Field to Record Layout
Click the 'Add Field/Report' button from the section that you wish to add the Customer Type field to.
Select the 'Add Fields' option.
You'll then be presented with a list of fields that you could add to the record layout. To get a full list of these fields, just click the 'Show More' button.
Navigate to the Default Sales Ledger section and click 'Show More'.
You will then find the 'Customer Type' field. Press 'OK' once you have selected the field.
It'll then be added to the record layout. To keep this change remember to click the save icon in the top right-hand corner!
You'll then be able to see the Unleashed Customer Type on all Companies within the CRM!
