Every business is different when it comes to quoting and order processing. Within Prospect CRM, you can easily update the columns that are displayed when viewing quote lines on your Quotes and Sales Orders. Using our flexible field selector you can add, remove and re-sequence the displayed columns.
Step 1: Access Further Options Menu
To get started, firstly navigate to a Quote or Sales Order within the CRM. Once this is open, access the further options menu by clicking the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the Products section.
Click the 'Select Fields' option from the drop-down menu.
Step 2: Add or Remove Fields
You'll now be able to edit the displayed columns by adding or removing required fields. To remove a field simply click the close/cross button (X) next to the field you wish to remove.
To add a column, simply select the fields you wish to add by ticking them on. You can also drag and drop the fields as you add them along the top to re-arrange their sequence.
Once happy with your selection click the 'Submit' button.
Step 3: Save Changes
If you wish to save your new layout click the save icon. Please note: This will save the changes for all quote records.
You'll then be asked whether you wish to save these changes for just you or with everyone in the business. Please Note: If you select 'Share changes with everyone' this will update the columns for all quotes within the CRM for all users.
