Depending on how your Sales team works, you may choose to disable the Product Suggestions or Recently Searched features when adding Products to Quotes. These are enabled by default, but we recognise that every business operates differently, so you have the flexibility to turn this functionality off if it does not suit your workflow.
Please note: This is a user-level preference, so it will only affect your own login. It will not change the functionality for any other CRM users.
Step 1: Go to About Me
To disable either of these options, navigate to the About Me area by clicking on your user icon located in the bottom left-hand corner within the navigation menu:
Step 2: Disable/Enable Options
Click on the "Settings" tab within your user, and scroll down until you find the Quote Lines section. Here, you can either select 'Enabled' or 'Disabled' for each feature.
