Quote Line Search Options

Disable or Enable Suggested Products or Recently Searched options for Quote Line Product Search.

Depending on how your Sales team operate, you may wish to disable the Product Suggestions or Recently Searched functionality when adding Products to Quotes. By default, this is enabled, but we understand that everyone's business is different, and you may wish to disable this functionality. 

Please note: this is a user preference, so don't worry about it changing the functionality for other CRM users as it will only apply to your personal log in.

Step 1: Go to About Me

To disable either of these options, navigate to the About Me area by clicking on your user icon located in the top right-hand corner and select 'About Me' from the drop-down menu. 

Step 2: Disable/Enable Options

Navigate to the Settings page within 'About Me', and scroll down until you find the Quote Lines section. Here, you can either select 'Enabled' or 'Disabled' for each feature.
