We've answered some of your most frequently asked questions about our integration to Unleashed.

Question:
"What makes you the official CRM for Unleashed?"

Answer: Since we first integrated to Unleashed, the Unleashed team have recommended our CRM all the time to their customers because of our tight integration and focus on offering a CRM for B2B product businesses. We’ve now welcomed hundreds of Unleashed customers, and since joining The Access Group alongside Unleashed, we now share more customers than ever before.


Question:
"Who is the CRM for and who is Unleashed for?"

Answer: Watch this 1min video that sums up how the systems work together and which teams will benefit most from each solution.


Question:
"What information is shared between the CRM & Unleashed?"

Answer: We've put together a detailed article here so you can see exactly what info is shared between the two systems.


Question:
"Does both my accounting system (like Xero) and Unleashed get connected to the CRM, or just Unleashed?"

Answer:
Yes - both systems should be connected to your CRM to make sure you get the full picture of what's going on with your customers. Here's Izzy, our Customer Success Manager, who'll show you how!


Question:
"I want to issue an invoice for my customer's order - what's the best way to do this?"

Answer:
Your CRM does not affect the invoicing process at all. Once we've created a Sales Order in Unleashed, you'd process it exactly as you did before.


Question:
"If I set special prices in Unleashed, will these come through to the CRM?"

Answer:
Yes, as long as the customer's Unleashed account is linked with their CRM Company record, these prices will pull through for quoting purposes.

"
How does a confirmed CRM Quote appear in Unleashed?"

Answer:
A link is created from the Quote record to allow you to open the Sales Order directly in Unleashed.


Question:
"Where do I issue the invoice for the customer's order?"

Answer:
You would generate the invoice from Unleashed off the back of the customer's Sales Order.


Question:
"Can I create a product from my CRM rather than in Unleashed?"

Answer:
Yes, you can using our Product Creator. The product will be created at the point of order confirmation.


Question:
"How long does the import take to run?"

Answer:
It completely depends on the amount of data that's in your Unleashed system - the more data you have, the longer it will take. This could be anything from a few minutes to a few hours, if you've got years worth of data in there. More info on the status of an import can be found here.


Question:
"Can I create a new customer account from my CRM rather than in Unleashed?"

Answer:
Yes, you can using our Sales Ledger Creator. The customer will then be created in Unleashed for orders to be processed against.
